I really need to update the Forestry stuff. D: I've fallen so far behind that it isn't even funny.
On the bright side...have an alternate painting pack.
Rename the file to 'kz.png' and drop it in. You should now have beautiful paintings instead of decorations.
List of paintings used:
"Butterflies" by Redon
"Composition" by D'Ebneth
"Cubist Landscape" by Rivera
"Landscape, Provence" by Derain
"Landscape" by Redon
"L'estaque" by Cezanne
"Night Windows" by Hopper
"On the Cliff at Pourville. Clear Weather" by Monet
"Pines and Rocks (Fontainebleau?)" by Cezanne
"Poplars at Giverny, Sunrise" by Monet
"Port-en-bessin Entrance to the Harbor" by Seurat
"Road Near L'estaque" by Baraque
"Street Light" by Balla
"Synchromy" by MacDonald-Wright
"The Olive Trees" by Van Gogh
"Through Coleman Hollow Up the Allegheny Valley" by Kane
"Vertical and Diagonal Planes" by Kupka
"Windows" by Delaunay
I really love these and it took a LOT of creative cropping. Many of these have multiple 'paintings' made from them because to shrink them down made them lose a lot of detail. Unsurprisingly, impressionist paintings seem to meld the best into the pack.
I hope everyone likes these as much as I do. And should I add them into the pack as the 'default' or as an alternate?

I like them, but I think they should be added as an alternate. I think Lithium's work should still be the default of the pack, since his was the original.
Doh. I just realized there's an issue with this one. I'll fix it an repost tomorrow. I'm getting ready for bed. (It'll work...I just forgot to remove something.)
And that's precisely what I thought, too, Kali. I really wish the customizer was updated because these would be great additions to it. Then people could mix and match what they liked best.
Hi CuddleWoozle, I'm so glad that you continue to update this. Thank you for your hard work! I have one texture for the top of the pillar quartz blocks (I modified your original texture to make it look more like the vanilla block) that I would like to give to you if you would like it and if you could include it in the alt pack. Thanks again!
That's really cool, but I have no idea how to do it. D: I don't mind making the textures if I can figure out how they got them in the game. (I know it's to do with unused metadata.)
Hey Cuddles, I think your CTM support is broken. I updated recently to 1.5.2, which meant using the latest Forge (7.8.0.712) and Optifine (HD D2). Still trying to isolate the bug to see what's derping, but I just wanted to give you a heads up.

Unfortunately, I can't do the shader versions. I would love to, but I can't use the shaders on my computer, they just don't work for me. When I tried to use them everything just rendered as a blue screen. If PondCypress will let me do it, I would love to post his shader versions for everyone so they can find his great work. (I won't do textures for stuff I can't test. Technically I probably could muddle through a version, but I'd rather have them where someone can test them and tweak them without having to swap files back and forth.)
And a huge facepalm on the sun/moon textures. I swapped the files around for the 1.5 pack and forgot to switch them back again for the Legacy version. D: I'll fix that, thanks for pointing it out!
[edit]
The Legacy pack should be OK now with the moon/sun in the proper place. I can't believe I forgot that I moved them. My bad.
Your PC is not the problem with the Blue stuff. you probably will not have that issue anymore. Just download the latest Shader Mod and either Chocapic13's or Sether's RC7 (Sether is short for Sonic Ether) and you should be able to start playing with them. The blue "bug" was with the game not having Normal and Specular maps for a Texturepack and so it did not know what to do. that "issue" has been since fixed.
No, it's for the Connected Textures. Like when you put glass next to other glass blocks and so on. As well as the random textures for ores, grass, dirt, etc.
Hm. Sorry for being missing lately. I've been extremely busy IRL.
I'm still hanging around on 1.5.1 so I can't do any testing of the connected textures. D: (Launcher issues...it apparently hates my computer. I'll click to open it and it just sits there like a rock. I'm still working on what might be going on. I'm sure it's just something minor that I haven't figured it out. As soon as I do I'll be working on the snapshot textures and such.)
I'll have to check out the shaders again then. When I looked it up it said that it was because it had an Intel chipset.
It's a beautiful texture pack you made here. I'm really picky on TP and I love this one. There is only one thing that I think could be improved:
The stone bricks are too rough. I believe they are too similar in texture to the cobble stone. The cobble stone's texture is spot on though. I'd make the stone bricks slightly cleaner/ more defined.
Hope the feedback helps! Again, amazing texture pack.

I'll have to find the textures again. D: I seem to have lost my Forestry stuff. It may be that it's on the old hard drive that broke. I hope not...I really -really- hope not. Otherwise I'll have to start all over again. (Which I will...I will, it will just be a pain to re-do stuff.)
Anyway, with the latest snapshot it looks like this is the end of SummerFields as a texture pack...I'll have to convert it into a resource pack. XD I hope they settle on something soon...it's tedious to keep converting things around.

Wait, does this mean that Summerfields will no longer be worked on?

Never-the-less, nice job.

That depends on what your agreement with Lithium. But I'd merge them together.
So I wanted to show you guys my remake of the Summerfields Alternate Stone Brick
Try it out and let me know what you think!
Forge some how fixes the problem.
Did no one see my previous solution?
Is this for The enderman/spider textures?
