It's simple. Go to a website like imgur or photobucket and follow their instructions to upload you image. Then, take the url that the site gives you and paste it between two "img" tags, like this:
No, no, no... don't link to the page with the image, link to the image itself. On the right side of the photobucket page there's a little box with some codes in it. Paste the code next to "IMG Code" into your topic.
Also, don't take screenshots from so far away. We want to be able to actually see the textures
