So I have been looking for a Candy Land texture pack. I have found one on the forum site but it is for version 1.2.5 and has not been updated (Candycraft). My daughter loves to play the game but she is wanting a more girly feel to it. Any suggestions as to where I can look or if there is someone out there that would like to take on the task? I would be so very grateful!!!
1. Please don't put your entire post in big text. Big text serves to emphasize something, and nothing is emphasized if everything is big at once.
2. I recommend High On Sugar. Using MCPatcher with it, you will also get many nice animations, such as snow golems actually blinking. I don't use it myself, it being too heavily themed, but it's a very good texture pack nonetheless.

I also recommend High on Sugar. It's an amazingly well done texture pack and whenever I use it for laughs, I feel like I'm in some wonderful, sugar dream.
However, since this is for your child (I assume your daughter is rather young) but some of the mob skins may be too weird/inappropriate for someone of a young age (there are a few mobs with gimp suits and ball gags). The author included these to "add an ironic feel to her work, like a little surprise", which might not be a welcome surprise for a parent haha.
I suggest you take a peek within the texture pack and delete them and replace them with something else. It's only the villager blacksmith texture that you need to worry about since the other mobs with gimp suits are used as randomob support (which allows the game to have several different textures for mobs instead of just one. Gives it a bit of variety).

There's yet more to come!
Much thanks

Just giving you a heads up.
