I tried it out and it works great. There's something wrong with the apostrophes in the texture pack's names, though.
To see the widget in Google Chrome, you can clear cache by pressing CTRL+F5, and look at the page again.
Yup! I'm still getting this apostrophe explosion problem too:
I just took my apostrophe away temporarily, but I'd like to put it back in sometime if possible. However in all other respects it's a dandy little thing that looks very eye-catching in my downloads section. Many thanks again.
I've got a problem with uploading my pack. It always says connection closed by server, and it doesn't matter, which browser I use, wether it is IE, Firefox, or Chrome. My connection admittedly isn't the fasted, but I don't have this kind of problem anywhere else. Its a bit sad, sine I like the Curse Widget and rewards programm,. but sine I can't reliably update it, I can#t use it as my main way to distribute :/
Getting an "unexpected error" warning every time I try and upload my pack. It has .ogg, .properties, .png, .mcmeta, .txt, and .lang files, as well as both a pack.mcmeta and pack.txt... would it be one of these filetypes causing the error?

Shouldn't be, can you upload to dropbox or mediafire so I can download and take a look?
I have a question citric - can we delete versions, specify the release type or write a changelog yet? Because I cannot see a way to do it... unless I am blind.

I'll try and find out for you, I'll reply back once I have an answer :-)

I just want to know, how long would it take an absolute noob to get a resource pack up and a widget on his thread?
A few minutes.
You go to the web page, click "upload", enter the file information, then once that is processed you enter the BBCode into your topic. Takes a few minutes at most and if you ever get stuck you can send me a PM (or ask here) what you're stuck with and I'll guide you through the process :-)
Hey citricsquid, is there a way to fix having to reload the page for the widget to show up?
I have this problem with my Resource Pack's page
This only happens when saving a post, the only person that experiences it is the person that posts the topic. Members will always see the widget on first load. There is no easy way to fix it, because the Javascript does not run when dynamically loaded into the page.

Alright thanks!
I had no idea if it was just me getting it or not.
Perhaps it would be beneficial to look into HTML and CSS scripting as opposed to javascript.
This does use HTML and CSS, however you cannot fetch remote data using just HTML and CSS. The Javascript is used for querying the data server to populate the widget with data.

Sure, where should I post the link?
Here is fine or PM it to me

If you login here you should see additional options, let me know if that has the things you need
