Relive the "good ol' days" with this classic-style cartoonish sharp texture pack!


While staying -mostly- faithful to the default texture pack, this texture pack makes everything cartoonish and seem a bit on the retro side! Includes some original textures. I reccomend using the HD patcher with this texture pack.

Credits: All art done completely by me over the original texture pack.

If you are going to alter this texture pack in any way, please give me credit for the originals.

Sorry to come off as rude, but blegh. There are too many packs like this out there. You NEED shading, and you need to make your own colors instead of using the defaults.

Seriously though, this is really an eyesore and looks extremely ugly.
Even when you're trying to make it "simple" and "cartoonish", bucket fill is never the way to go.

You should add shades, dude/dudette.

To be honest, making something cartoonish doesnt mean making it simple bucket fill. Sphax PureBD craft is a cartoonish pack, and they have an x128 version. You should try your hand at a more original pack. Nice try though

Hey everyone, thanks for the stern words. I wish more people were as honest as you guys.

I made this in my free time as a side project for when I was bored. I will admit I didn't put that much effort into it, and to answer your question, yes, this is my first texture pack. I had fun making it, and it killed a lot of time for me. I may add on to it in the future and make it better, but for now we'll just have to see.

Thanks again for the honest reviews, as I said there just aren't enough people out there that can tell the truth.

Nah, don't worry about it.
Just learn from it and keep it in mind when you're making another one in the future.

Looks like you didn't have much on your mind when you were making the texture pack, since it's all flat and boring - when you have some inspiration, try again.
Go along a specific theme: medieval, RPG, bright, gritty, ominous, cute, whatever.
