1) Download TP
2) Download OptiFine
3) Type in %APPDATA%/.minecraft/bin and hit enter.
4) Drag and drop the downloaded texture pack into the texturepacks folder.
5) Open the bin folder.
6) minecraft.jar with an archive editor (WinRar/7-Zip/etc).
7) Delete META-INF.
8) Open the downloaded OptiFine.
9) Drag and drop the contents of the OptiFine download into the open minecraft.jar.
10) Close both the OptiFine and minecraft.jar windows.
11) Run Minecraft.
12) Select Options > Animations
13) Click both Lava and Water until they both say Dynamic and you are done.
