My first NEW Texture pack for those who need things to look even, like me
FVDisco's Texture pack was the inspiration for this texture pack and I edited the default pack!

Windows 7
1. Cick 'START' and open the search bar.
2. Type %appdata% and press 'ENTER'.
3. Find .minecraft and open the folder.
4. Open drag SymetricCraft over the texturepacks folder.
5. Open minecraft, go into the Texturepacks and click on SymectricCraft.
6. Enjoy!
I am now allowing people to edit the texturepack! Just PM me the download link, and I may incorporate your art into the official pack!

Looks like OCD, but less detailed, maybe if you actually made the blocks symmetrical and more detailed they would be cool.
There may be some updates to the blocks and other textures in the future.

Hey friend, i know that this is your first Texture Pack and all, but you'll need to accept criticism, no matter how rude it is. I'm on the Progress of my Texture Pack, and i'll have to face the bad critics about it. You'll need to. The politics of this site says, "Myth: 'It's my first texture pack, no one will be rude.' This is FALSE." :/

The whole excuse of "It's my first pack" has been batted about on here for so long, it's no longer
remotely valid. Even for a "first" pack, all you did was edit someone else's work instead of making your
own original pack. You give no credit to Disco_ whatsoever, and think that just because you have some
non-default items that it counts as original. This mindset won't get you very far.
Here are two examples of comment types you can expect for texture packs.
"This sucks!"
"Looks a little flat, maybe add some shading on blablabla..."
#1 is basic flaming. Simply ignore, they aren't worth your time.
#2 is constructive criticism. A way for people to tell you what's wrong with the pack and advice for you to improve upon.
#1 Is hate.
#2 is not.
Don't ask someone not to hate just because it's your first pack, you can simple ignore the hateful comments and the constructive ones aren't hate.
Don't ask for "no haters" when most of the pack isn't yours anyway.
The post you were saying was "hate" was noting that some of the textures aren't your own work.
Here, texture pack authors who use someone elses textures, whether as temporary or as a base, tend to ask the person who made the textures for permission and include credits in the OP
