The purple and Magenta beds have an amazing pattern, and I like how the red one has a golden trim
Thank you!
The purple bed is actually a butterfly, but you can't see most of the wings because they're on the side of the sheet. The magenta bed is a tasteful two-tone southwestern pattern.
I originally wanted something more extravagant for the red bed's gold pattern, but it would have had to be far too large at 16x resolution to the point where it would have been mostly pattern and very little solid color... so I scrapped it in favor of the classy gold trim you see now.
Also, I've flipped shovel textures for Tinker's Construct and ExtraTiC for a more realistic-looking animation, check here: http://www.minecraft...hovel-textures/
They're not. They're dark gray with a slight bluish tint to them.
More to the point, they're designed to mimic Angus cattle, which have a very pronounced sheen to them. In daylight, this sheen takes on a slight bluish tint if the animal is primarily black (like mine) or a slight yellow tint if the animal is primarily brown.
I may have slightly overdone it for Sanity, but to my credit it was one of the first mobs I did for the pack so it could maybe use an update sometime.
No but, they don't even have faces. It looks like a alien... Its not even a really dark blue. Its like a NEON BLUE.
I really do suggest you change it.
Dude, if my cows look neon blue to you then that's a problem with your monitor, not my pack. I suggest you get your electronics fixed if that's what you're seeing. I did change it a little bit, though, so check the latest version and see if that agrees with you more.
There is nothing wrong with my monitor My color vision is perfect. My eye sight is perfect and the lighting in the area I use a computer is glare free and naturally lit.
Your cows were neon blue, but now that you changed it I should check again.
Let me know what you think.
And if they still look neon blue to you; pics or it didn't happen.
This is THE greatest texture pack I've seen along with Faithful and Artheries Accended! And the best part about is that no item was left unedited, seems hard a texture pack that does that now
I'm not even joking, this is what they looked like when I started the pack.
Maybe some files got corrupted when I extracted it? Because if thats so, I should keep looking around for anything else that seems off.
Well... I guess that shuts me up then.
But no, that's not what they're supposed to look like. You should never need to extract my pack (just put the entire .zip in your resource packs folder), so that's probably what did it. It definitely wasn't my doing, though.

Wow! That's very high praise! Thank you!
It is very rare to find 100% complete packs since there's so very many assets in vanilla Minecraft. It's a HUGE undertaking just to do blocks. Actually finishing everything is a pretty insane prospect.
I'm glad you like the pack, and I hope you continue to enjoy it for many updates to come!
blue cows, now you just need a way to name an cow egg "Blue" to get a blue egg that always spawns a blue cow
Once Kahr adds a way to have specific Random Mobs variants based on NBT data this will definitely be done.
Edit: It just occurred to me that doing this blue cow Easter Egg is going to seriously tick off Optifine users since Optifine doesn't respect .properties files at all, and just gives everything the same random distribution. making a rare cow blue? Funny. Making 50% of all cows blue... not so much.
For this reason alone, I'm going to dispense with this idea for the time being. Sorry everyone. It's just not worth making my pack horrible for tons of people for a gag.
Why don't you just make a few copies of the first cow variant to make it more common?
Are you seriously suggesting that I bloat my pack with redundant copies of a texture just to make up for Optifine being bad at imitating MCPatcher? Because that's not going to happen.
I included a "tribute" to the blue cow thing in the pack, but as far as making it a random mob variant that's not going to happen any time soon I'm afraid. Stupid Optifine.

Good!
Yea seriously! I have no clue how this could happen. None.

ModeratorYes, yes YES! Briliant idea!
Expect it to be added in the next version.
Not sure if I want to use that exact version since it doesn't look... uh... good.
Blue cows will definitely be added, though. Don't you worry.
