Big new update for everyone! All the stuff I've been holding on both versions is included in the update!
Unfortunately, I don't remember a list of implemented features, as I've changed quite a bit, and I have several packs updated at the same time, but suffice to say, you will find out.
Due to the Curse Client's upload process, you should expect the file to be approved within the hour!
It wont work for me. Instead of the texture pack the default will just show up. What could I do to fix this?
btw, this looks awesome
That is because this is for 1.4.7, and Minecraft is currently in 1.5. The big 1.5 update added a new texture pack layout to allow HD texture packs compatibility, but I haven't updated this pack for that version yet.
It is late now, but I have started it, and it won't be hard with this pack, so I will have it ready tomorrow. By 5:00, after I get home from school.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

The last man on earth was in a room. Then there was a knock at the door.
Best ultra low-res texture pack I've seen probably, since all the others just do checkered patterns which don't even make an attempt at realism. The shading on the sand and stone in this pack on the other hand is very impressive!
Thank you! I tried not to use too much of any single pattern. It was around the brown giant mushroom texture that I had used every form of seamless 4x4 pattern. I tried to make the sand and stone have a subtle pattern, since they are very common and seen in large numbers. I figured contrast would make an eyesore below ground or in deserts.
I'm glad you like it!

It's nice and I can see you did put SOME though and effort into this but I just don't like it. You can notice glitches and for example items like beds will be green and in your hand they are red. You forgot to texture some items and mobs and it just doesn't come together. Sorry, but the only positive side to this pack is the Fps Boost it offers when you use it. Thanks for making it, and I know some people have different opinions and I'm not saying your pack is bad or anything, all I am saying is that I don't like it and undoubtedly lots others don't to. I think the limit of pixels you can use for a pack is 8x8. I'm currently working on a 8x8 and a 16x16 pack. I'd give this pack a 1.8/5 rating. Hope you can change that.

Thank you for the feedback.
Many of the glitches you mentioned are unavoidable errors due to the ratio of said textures to the image. There is nothing anyone can do to fix that. However, for people like you, I made an entirely separate version, called "simulated 4x4" with a download link right below the normal one, that utilizes textures in the same style but is actually in the standard 16x16 resolution so errors like that can be fixed. The problem you said of some blocks and items not being done is because this pack simply isn't finished. Very few packs are actually completely finished, and if that is the only thing you are looking for, and you will look down on a pack for not being completely finished, you will have a very difficult time here in the forum. Mojang is constantly pushing out updates, and there are already 884 images, and some are very large, such as GUI, mobs, etc. So that honestly isn't something you can fairly base a pack on.
Also, I notice you mentioned on another 4x4 texture pack that it was amazing. It is also a 4x4 pack. Are you unaware that all 4x4 texture packs will have those errors? I gather so, and so I will inform you that the errors are out of mine and any texture pack artist's control, and is something that you live with. It honestly isn't that big an issue anyway.
I wish you luck in your packs, and I would like to improve upon that rating, but unfortunately, the problems you mentioned are out of my control. To fix those, I suggest you try my simulated 4x4 pack, that fixes those problems.

Retired StaffThanks! What makes a pack good is not the number of pixels, but the use of pixels. I do hope I used them will.

Retired StaffThanks. I found 4x4 could look really nice when done right, even with so few pixels.
Thanks for the download, I hope you like it!

Retired StaffWow! Thank you! I always love getting a video of my packs!
I already put it on the OP. I'll try to work on the default textures.
