Okay, I downloaded and here is my feedback. Remember this is constructive criticism made to help you and not to offend you in any way.
To start off, a lot of the blocks could use more defined shading. Right now they look very low contrast and smudgy and just kind of look like random noise. Some other blocks could also benefit from looking less like the default textures. Also on blocks like stone and dirt it looks like the light is actually coming from below the blocks which looks very strange. The shape on the stone chunks are alright, but the dirt shape seems very strange and actually has a huge tiling error that really needs to be fixed. On the logs they also have a tiling error because of the very noticeable pattern. It also looks like the tree has strange deep gouges because of how it's shaded, which trees don't really look like that. Blocks like iron, gold, and diamond just look bucket-filled. The color for lapis and emerald is too similar, it would get confusing to use in survival. I have no clue what tnt is supposed to be. Your color choice isn't bad though seeing as it is a post apocalyptic pack.
