The old Connected Textures mod, it doesn't work on 1.4.6 for some reason.
its called use optifine (like with almost every other texture pack there is)...
infact if you read the main post instead of just posting without the proper knowledge (aka "common knowledge") you would see this:
command blocks
emerald blocks
endportal frame (only horizontal)
ladders
Iron doors
TNT
dispensers and furnaces (from the side and from the front)
noteblocks and musicdiscs
pistons (horizontal)
redstone lamps
cauldrons
wooden doors
workbench
bed
enchanting table
the command block is ready, but i don´t know how i can add images.
already have ladders, and did lamps a while ago (pics below) also don't do doors because they would get messed up because they get flipped when next to each other and because the top and bottom use different textures so you could only do horizontal ctm for each along with the problem above.
also upload to flicker then use the image button to upload pictures

Those lamp textures are pretty cool, but I was thinking of animating them instead of connecting them. I think I might animate all active redstone blocks, and all non-redstone light emitters (torch, glowstone, etc...)

do both (make the animation point toards the ctm file instead of the terrain.png and do a ctm for each tile (may take some time to get all the files tough... but worth it)
edit: and can you make me a working .properties file for this (i'm horrible with those >_<) the file is called ctmg.png (stands for ctm glass which i will add to later)
edit2: here are some other things ive done somewhat recently (most recently ive been doing textures for Xtrablocks aka the mod in my sig)
those are random mobs for zombies (dont forget the default though
redstone block more aesthetic
ctm for powered rails, non powered rails, and ladders
activator rails
animated comparator
animated repeater
2 random mob creepers (dont forget the default though )(more to come) enchantment table: sides top (see note) animated command block
p.s. for my flicker http://www.flickr.co...caft_yourcraft/ (not much there though i do upload occasional and for things i post on the forums)
wow a hour ago that spoiler only had 2 images in it... i work fast(ish)...

The repeaters, command blocks and comparators are perfect!
With the ladders, I was thinking more what Misa did with her ladders instead of making them wider.
I've already finished the custom creepers, and the one with the mask is extremely similar to what I've already done.
I'm not sure whether enchantment tables should be connected. I mean, I think they'd be better just animated.
...tell you what, I'll message you the mediafire link to show you what I've done so far...

message me and i will see if i can do an animated AND conected texture version (may be easy to do with a enchantment table)
I love this guy: He asks why make a connected texture for something animated, goes to see if he can make one. *clapclapclapclap*
thank you for the applause but i don't love you for i already have someone in mind (and i don't know you) (ps portal animation=32 tiles an animated enchantment ta will likely be a couple tiles AND a portal would require ctm in the traditional totaling a 227 tiles times the tiles for the animation compared to the enchantment table requiring only 4 frames for the ctm so in all i would have to make 7264 custom textures for the portal and from 16 to 80 pre-made textures(depending on how long the animation is i estimate 4 tiles to 10 tiles))
Connected portals would be possible, but really hard. As Imalsome said, I don't think making a huge amount of animating and texturing would be worth it. Feel free to do it yourself and contribute to the pack if you wish, but I don't think I'll be connecting those portals any time soon. Sorry.

So you're taking contributions? I like this idea, but I'd have a few more things that I could pitch in and add. I just made this, which I think really improves the look of stone bricks.
Random mossy and cracked stone bricks, so on cracked stone bricks, some have the left side cracks, some have the middle cracks, and some have the right side cracks. Same with mossy. It makes it look more natural and less repetitive.
If you want to add it, here is the image I've made for it.

I made a tile-able lamp thing for CTM sometime ago, so I'd like to contribute it.
It's not the best, (especially the area in the middles) but if you'd like to use it as a base, feel free!
I thought about making connected lamps for my 16x16 pack some time ago, but then it occurred to me, if you turn one on, it will magically detach from the others around or, and vise-versa. It would look good, and might I say that is very well done, but unless there is a CTM feature I'm not aware of, I don't think it would function properly when activating/deactivating them.

wow. i neverthought about that (but dont forget lamps power other lamps so it wouldn't be a lone unconnected lamp)
Awesome, I like it.
But those metal blocks and diamond blocks need more work to look like connected.
I've finished upgrading those metal textures (they were pretty damn hard too, BTW) but I can't upload them! Mediafire is being annoying at the moment. If you could suggest another site I could use, that'd be great!
What are the differences and the similarities between Connected Textures Mod by morpheus and this mod? This project is based on Mod of morpheus? Doing this mod support the package of textures to whom to give credit? I make similar Conected Textures for Faithful 32x32 pack. And I very like this project!

why make a conected texture for a seamless (and animated) texture?

No, this texture pack never had CTM for fences. It doesn't need them! They're already connected in-game.
