This texture pack simplifies the textures of the default pack, adding a few customizations here and there. If you were looking for super-HD-ness then you've come to the wrong place, because all you'll find here is minimalistic textures.
Other versions may have varying textures, as some textures change between updates and I am bad at updating older versions.
I made an Imgur account for this, these better work
Newer versions of the resourcepack should work in any minecraft version that accepts resourcepacks. Expect differences between versions as most of the time I am too lazy to update the older ones.
Note: Modifications only apply to most recent version, but the newer versions should work in any version that accepts resourcepacks.

Personally I hate these kinds of texture packs and from what I've seen, so do a lot of other people. Still, I wish you luck in the minefield of these forums.
There was a bug where thedownload contained undedited textures - this has happened 3 times before whilst editing the pack. Anyways an updated (working) download link is here: http://bit.ly/TrafficraftV1_2
EDIT: As of an update, this link is now outdated. Click the one above now!
You know there are 8x8, 4x4, and even 1x1 resource packs out there, right? 16x16 isn't the smallest res. you can go.
I am aware of such resolutions, however for some of the changes I'm making at the moment (especially the 1.7 update) 4x4 isn't the most suitable resolution.
