This is a new texture pack that is smooth and detailed. Please remember that it is still a work in progress so it is not completely finished. I like suggestions and feedback so feel free. I would like suggestions for blocks I haven't made yet or things that should be changed.
v.1 First WIP Release
v.1.1 Put in Stone Slabs (will be updated later so they are not so dark)
v.1.2 Future update with tiling errors fixed and more blocks put in
It looks nice but I agree that the dirt needs work, but I'd say the ores need some attention too. Try to make it more obvious what they are. Specifically the one on the ground in your pictures.

Thanks, what do the ores need to be obvious? Is it too hard to tell from the color?
I think the color. Or, if you wanted, I've seen people who make the "rarer" materials look completely different. Maybe make diamods look like they have a crystal on it or something like that. But if you want to stick to the design you have now, I'd suggest making the colors brighter and have a large difference between ores.
It's alright. Many of the blocks have tiling errors though. Also, am I the only who absolutely despises wooden plank bricks? They are very well textured, but I hate the shape.

Which ones in particular have tiling errors? I noticed my self the stone has a tiling issue and I'm still working on fixing it. About the Wooden Planks, I like the large planks but I can make a version with smaller ones as another download.
One block I notice a tiling error on is the cobblestone. If you look at it in the dungeon screenshot, you'll see a thicker space between the top row on one texture, and the bottom row on the texture above it. Also, to fix the dirt, I think you should use a more rich brown and remove the grey. The colour of brown isn't that bad, but it's more the grey that is scattered through the dirt, making it look weird.
It's a nice start though.

Thanks for the good feedback. I put the gray in the dirt to add some design to it, instead of just noise (without it there is no design but noise, I wanted some clay or something in there). I think I'll lower the opacity of the gray and I'll see if I can find a good brown. About the Cobblestone, I'll fix that up. The stone also has a tiling error, which I'll also fix (I've tried and it's a really annoying error to fix).
