The zombie texture has, at least on my game, the left side of it's head missing with your texture pack on, a glitch that also extends onto the zombie head block. I have the latest, 1.4.6 download, and this glitch was also in the 1.4.5 download.
Also (In my personal, and subjective opinion): iron ore is hard to distinguish from stone due to it's silver look, making mining difficult. The snow particles when snowing are too big, and it makes moving and looking around awkward and disorienting. Besides these issues, your texture pack is very well developed, and for that you deserve praise.
I'm not sure why the zombie head is doing that for you. Do you use MCPatcher or do you play vanilla minecraft? I was aware that a similar issue did happen with newer texture packs involving almost all zombie textures to be messed up a few updates back. But I use Optifine and I don't see the same issue, sorry I can't help much.
Regarding the Iron Ore and Snow; I honestly didn't like the other colors iron ore had to provide, so a steel color may be a tiny bit hard to distinguish at first but I like it. Now I honestly don't like snow. Or the snow biomes in Minecraft so I guess I kind of do that in the texture pack, making the snow look like a blizzard. The fact that you were left disoriented is exactly what I thought was going to happen when I made it. Snow is a pain in the butt.
