I would love to know why you plan on releasing the 512x version first. Wouldn't it be better to start off at 128x and then go up from there?
It just kinda happened that way, Decided to make a 512 texture one day, and just haven't stopped, lol
It also works out good that way because scaling textures down keeps more detail then when you try to scale them up, this way I don't have to redo every single texture when I go to do the next size pack, I just scale them all down and fine tune/re-work anything that gets messed up from the transition
I hate the ores, they just dont look like ore. Thats one of the only things that bugs me about this pack. They look more like what a iron block/ diamond block/gold block would look like. Thats my only problem with this pack so far.

Ha!, no worries my friend. to each their own, Ive got some new ores coming out you may prefer.

Just tried out the 512x with shaders, looking really lovely up close but still a bit grainy at distance (it was taking a while to change mipmapping though so it was only at 1 which is why it might have still been a bit grainy)
One thing that stuck out at me though, was the long grass. I think you should have a version that's a bit thicker. I feel like it would fit the leaves and flowers a little better and the really thin grass looked really weird from far away. Everything else was lovely though, love the way the flowers look when they're bobbing around in the breeze. Looked awesome!

Been playing around with the 128x version. This pack is absolutely wonderful the higher the res ^.^
Thanks a ton guys means a lot! Sheep I'll give the long grass another go and ya I have to play with mipmap(takes forever to change) at max other wise I throwup

Yea, it took a minute or something and I just thought the game crashed! I think I can get around the problem by just doing the mipmap settings on another pack first, and then swapping over to your pack.
I don't really think minecraft is built to handle shaders and 512x textures... Hehe...
EDIT: Yup, swapping mipmap settings first then using your pack works fine. Everything looks so much better on level 4 mipmap! Gawd! Makes the long grass look a lot better too!
EDIT2: Some pics! (Spoilered for slow internet users)

Nice pics! I'm gonna add them to the OP(If that's ok) You got a download for that map? I'd love to check it out!
I've tried the 128+ resolution (downloaded all the resolutions, that's just how much I LOVE this pack, can't believe I didn't find it sooner!) and I am having a small bug with it. The iron armor and inventory in survival mode are all light gray, as if it had no texture. I tried it in creative and the inventory seems fine, but I get the default armors.
I have used MCpatcher (downloaded today, so should be the most up to date version) and patched before trying/installing anything. Any idea why this could happen or if it's just something that has not been done yet in those higher resolutions?

Oh, thank you very much! I was worried I had done something wrong lol, relieved to know it's not my fault (again). I tend to mess my minecraft up a lot o.o
I'm pretty sure I have all 4 resolutions of this texture pack in my texturepacks folder. Don't know why, but I do...
Great job on this texture pack and having so many cool designs for the blocks. I'm having loads of fun experimenting with some combinations of blocks on this pack, as well as building my Adventure Map (which has been going for MONTHS and is still just one quaint, small town). But I digress...
Wonderful pack! You and SoartexFanver are tied for my favorite

Curse PremiumYea, it can be found here on planet minecraft.
I take no credit for the map btw, I just like it for taking pictures.
