Hey Syclone, will you ever add custom sounds to the pack in 1.6, because all texture packs will become resource packs. Just want to know.
I already have CH converted to a resource pack I plan to tinker with some sounds also but not sure when or what
Will release the RP when i release the TP and i'll catch you all on the DOWN LOW....... or the FLIP SIDE thingy O.K?.........................ignore me, refer to Def's post above
I'd take you up on that challenge of being the first to build superman's lair after the update - except I'm bad at building and have no clue what his lair looks like haha!

too many rules. basically 'dont play minecraft without our permission'...
Actually, after putting nine solid months with 5-8 hrs a day in (with many more to come) i'm just doing what i can to protect my work sorry if that bothers you Also my texture pack bares no relevance to the ability to play Minecraft............it works quite well without.
explain it to this old fool will ya Def................... scratches head.
The one smiley is saying "fool" and making a gun with his hand and pointing it at another smiley that is on it's knees begging and saying "please." The rest I don't really get...It doesn't really make sense with what he said though. I guess I just find it funny

Alright, I've been trying for several days to get this damn thing to work, shaders and all. I have downloaded MagicLauncher, Forge, Optifine D3 and D5 to use with the D3 and D5 compatible versions of the shaders(the D5 isn't actually updated for 1.5.2 it seems - my Forge says it's not compatible no matter where on the list I put it), and downloaded SEUS directly from his thread.
I load the D3 Optifine and GLSL shader that supposedly works great with SEUS, load up the the texture pack with shaders and I get this crash message:

The shaders are definitely a little more demanding than I anticipated. I assume tweaking stuff in Optifine won't reduce the quality of the shaders/texture pack, right?
Tweaking stuff wont help you much on increasing your fps with the current version of SEUS shaders... i have 120+ fps without shaders but go down to 20 fps with.
Sonic is working on better performance on his shaders. Just got to wait till he finally releases the SEUS shaders for CH.
Ok, good to know it's not just me. I guess I'll just play without them for a bit. Still love the texture pack though.

Also, I took this screenshot a little bit ago:
I dunno what would cause that.
SO glad you finally got it working sorry i was no help with forge.
Ok the problem with the sky i do know about
Its the shader file you are using the current SEUS can display this error with skyboxes, Sonic will be releasing a new version very soon but for now you could try one of the many other shaders going about. If you use the CH SEUS shaders on my website they don't have the error but they aren't as fancy as some doing the rounds.

They still look pretty nice.
Hope you can now enjoy the pack finally
Thanks man! I'll just go without shaders for now. The pack is gorgeous without, so it'd be really cool to see how it turns out once Sonic gets his shader up to speed. It definitely could use a lot more optimization work, but I don't know squat about it that stuff.
This is the first pack that I've liked in some time. The only other two I liked were Ovo's Rustic and Sphax.
I have SEUS ULTRA latest version and the water doesn't look like this, it's pure clear water with a shimmering effect.
Ahh that is my Chroma Hills hybrid shaders that use parts of some older SEUS versions.......going back to RC4 with a softer lighting and less fancy but still quite a pleasent water shader Sonic was testing back then.
Scroll to other downloads at the bottom of the page. They aren't as advanced as the latest shaders but I made them to compliment the style of my artwork
They look great, can I find your latest shaders on there too?
EDIT: Holy SH*TÂ those shaders are BRIGHT, the water is just pure WIN! but it's so bright!
Are you using them with Chroma hills??
If so you MUST download the shader version of the texture pack, its designed to work with them, it wont be bright and set your lighting to MOODY

Ooooooooh one of those shocks.........well why didn't you just say so
I'll sleep when i'm dead.......... or i'll drop down dead one of the two.
Yes you are probably quite right
I already have CH converted to a resource pack
Will release the RP when i release the TP and i'll catch you all on the DOWN LOW....... or the FLIP SIDE thingy O.K?.........................ignore me, refer to Def's post above
Its all just Icey and stuff and brrrr cold and oh fun to make giant ice cubes with.
First one to build Supermans lair after the update gets a.....uh.......umm, gets a........... i'll get back to you on that one
Here ya go Uni

EDIT: Me and my friends agree I'm doomed - I can't even build a decent fire temple let alone that xD. oh well, here goes nothing ._.
EDIT2: even one of my friends who basically is a master builder doesn't think he could build it. oh dear. what HAVE I gotten myself into ._.
Haha well you have a challange ahead
Ok this is crazy but CH has had 3000 (and counting) downloads today that's just BONKERS!! Its normaly 500-1000 on average.........
Umm thank you everyone.......speechless really am the traffic to my site has been off the chart today!
Thank you, its kinda fun to build with too
Actually, after putting nine solid months with 5-8 hrs a day in (with many more to come) i'm just doing what i can to protect my work sorry if that bothers you
Plent
Thanks very much Hoodoo for the kind words
I somewhat miss the story in the smilies and even though its not to your taste it's nice to hear you appreciate the effort gone in, so thanks
