If you mean the mod itself, you can find it here. Just follow the instructions given on the page. Latest version for the Shaders Mod is for 1.8. 1.8.6 version is delayed due to Forge being updated.
If you mean the shader packs, recommended one (Sonic Ether's Shaders) can be found here. Put the downloaded pack to a folder called shaderpacks, which is created by the karyonix's mod.
Now select your downloaded shader pack from ingame options and Chroma Hills pack from resource pack selection.
Chroma Hills resource pack is natively compatible with shaders and is the recommended pack for Sonic Ether's shader pack.

actually.. about the 1.8.6 forge. it will be delayed much more further.. because 1.8.7 has come out! i am sure you may have already know about it.
and true..it look like they just finished updating the forge.. and merging it with FML.. so they should be working on Forge 1.8.7 right now. since they have finished updating the Forge 1.7.10 and 1.8.
and there is one more shader that are much similar to SEUS shader. and you can check it out! its called "Kuda Shader".. only difference is that Kuda Shader can double the fps where SEUS dont.. and i can even use my texture pack (mod support) along with the main texture pack.
With SEUS (all of texture pack included mods) i get 10-20. Not good.
With Kuda (all of texture pack.. blah blah) i get 35 to 40 fps.. and its nice and smooth. i loved it. so i hope you would see the difference. for now i would use Kuda shader until the SEUS may have improved the fps.. due to all texture pack used in the mc.
At first: V.12 Changes looks pretty cool! Can't wait to see the final version!
Now, after every texture looks natural and connected, I noticed that Lava looks now a littlebit unnatural, cause there is no random pattern (although I use Optifine). Is it possible for Lava to have a connected texture or random pattern?
Thanks Connected textures don't effect lava/water or it would of been done a long time ago, the repeat pattern is annoying i agree

Hey, the gold shovel is done and will be in the v.12 update. The basic rule on my pack is ANYTHING that shows as default is purely because i have not created it yet. However as thank you to the 100's of donor's/patreons of my work i allow them to access to a forum where i upload all the latest art work before i put out a official public release they can try and test. So the gold shovel was done several weeks back.
The new v.12 update is turning into a BIG update many, many new textures and improvements of old textures

I got 2 friends to DL the .12 and they love it, kinda disappointed that the optifine leaf fix was not included in the .12 release but since I have it installed already I don't care much... Thanks Yeah its always impossible when making changes to please all people 100% of the time, personally the new stone completes the style/vision of my interpretation of the Minecraft world getting a lot of postive feedback on it. Again the new font is not so cartoony esqe in style but I really love how it gives a more RPG feel when seeing it and am very pleased with the change but it will take some adjustment for others or they will switch to the old one
Ah i can't put the Optifine Leaf Fix in the pack as it can ONLY be used when people use 1.8 Optifine all the time and some don't use Optifine.

Edit: Oh I keep forgetting, I have Zyin's HUD and the N-S-E-W with the .12 is off with the new font and I can't seem to turn it off in the config with Optifine installed (there is an option to turn off custom fonts). The only things I've noticed are the S being off like this (S ) but slightly overlapping the ( and the SW or anything with 2 letters is too wide on both sides of the ( and ).

I haven't taken away the markings, i just haven't even drawn them yet so they don't exist until i do. They also are real pain ( i tried a quick test) to look nice with my more detailed horses and i wont be putting the default blocky ones in the pack as that would ruin the detailed horses
At some point i will start work on the markings i don't know when though as i will happily keep putting them off and work on something more fun as i know i will be playing with them for days to get them how i want them! Any new art work goes into the donor/patreon forum for supporting my work much sooner than public releases so you will see them there when they are ready, don't worry

So is the pack fully 1.8 compatible? It says in the downloads on the website that it is, but the title of this page says it's only 1.7
Yes it is if you download the 1.8 packs
If you look at the title on this thread there is also a red 1.8 tag as well as it saying 1.7
