ah thank you. I guess i will have to wait. Please let me know that its completed and is OUT. You can PM me to let me know.
Hey, I just did a test download and it took about 15 seconds, the host is more than capable to handle the volume of traffic but sometimes there are extremely busy times and there is always several thousand downloads on a daily basis. Give it a try a again or wait a little its all running fine it may just have been a high traffic moment
No, sorry Syclone, but I have to agree with chewy on that. I've a 100 mb fiber-to-home internet connection, and every single time I've tried downloading the pack, it has done it very, very slow. What you said would have been OK if it happened once or so, but every single time.... D:

Hmm just tested 4 packs at the top of the list all took around 15-20 seconds. Must be a location/ data routing thing. Your actual home connection speed only will be as fast as the bandwith from my server host so it will never use the speed your home connection is capable of but still pretty fast and reliable for the majority
I'm running 40MB fiber longest i've waited on tests is under a minute. The amount of GB's of bandwith CH uses is huge i know as my host keeps saying i think you hold the record for bandwith usage compared to our other clients your stats are crazy lol
When i try to use your 1.8 versions of the resourcepack, the leaves are no longer transparent, do you know of a fix for this?
That has been a concern for some time now. Actually from the release of Minecraft 1.8. Same thing happens with some particles and some other things. As far as I know, currently there's no fix for this. I think/hope/assume Syclone is working on it already and possibly there will be a fix for this soon.
When I click download for the 128x or 64x (all I tried) it just takes me to a donate page with no clickable download links, after sending me on a trip through adfly. No automatic downloads, no messages asking me if I'm sure, just an adfly trip to your donation page lol. I can't imagine that's what you intended. Where do I get the files?

Usually "Download zip file" button sends you to adf.ly page, which after five seconds redirects you to the file on chromahills page. Are you sure you're not doing anything wrong?
sorry, but I'm kinda a noob at this. so i've seen some beautiful pictures somewhere on these forums by someone who had this resourcepacka nd seus shaders. so I downloaded the ultra version of seus shaders and the latest of your resource pack, but i'm not getting htose visual effects. no shimmering stone during rain none of that stuff. the game runs perfectly fine tho. 60 fps, no shuttering. it just doesn't look as beautiful as it probably should. i can post some screenshots by me and the image to compare.
It is possible that the person who took the screenshots was using some other shaderpack.

the 1.7 version of the resourcepack works though, so maybe if we transfer the new stuff to that one and see what the issue is in general, we can leave that part out till the fix is made? Is that a good idea or nah lol?

Donators/Patreons can download the files from Chromahills website, BUT you have to have donated/be patreon to see this forum.

Awesomes!
I had a friend do some grumbly voice test recordings so we will have suitable sounds for the grumpy 'ol Boy soon
I want to use this pack but it downloads extremely slow. Is there any way you can upload it to another host?

Pretty ashamed to say but with my 12mb connection and usual 500kb download speed, I downloaded on about 300kb/s

*waves* I am alive btw. Just being a lurky lurker. xD
