Do I need MC Patcher for this or is Optifine okay? I ask b/c the sun has no glow(I don't use shaders) or is the sun not glowing intentional? Like it looks like a moon in the day time.

the sun wont glow unless you have shaders, and optifine is a better alternative to mcpatcher in my opinion
you are not alone Viperpunk...I think there are quite a few of us that have ranted about how amazing his work is. I personally think you would be a lunatic not to praise the amazing attention to detail this pack has.

Okay guys so 1.8 comes out next week, i don't know if i will have all base blocks done but i'll try, i would like the new doors in and that will take a while to make nice detailed doors. Will see how it goes i guess. So I will def release CH for 1.8 around the Mojang release
Okay to make it easier for me to manage all the packs I'm going to release the 1.7 update this week with what i have so far finished I'm still not ready to release the first horse it needs a lot of work and 1.8 updates took me away from mobs i wanted to work on.
The release still has got quite a few new additions (change log to follow) and of course i'll leave the 1.8 textures in the pack so those with snapshots can try them out

I'm about to download and relish the prospect of drooling over all the new stuff...the pics alone are fabulous...and such an awesome list of new things, Sy! Also, many congrats on reaching 2,000,000 downloads...that's an awe-inspiring figure!
Now, you deserve a good break...however, I dare say you'll just keep on powering along...but at least enjoy this good ol' bank holiday weekend.

Original sea_lantern and prismarine_rough textures seem to be animated. Were the animation ugly/unnecessary or you just didn't have time to make yours animated as well? If it's the latter, are you planning to do it in the future?

OK, 3 bugs found so far (using 1.8 pre-1). I will be reporting only what I think they're bugs, not unfinished things (like the new doors and stuffz :D):
- Iron doors in-hand model seems to lack transparency at it's bars (Pic).
- Oak door textures doesn't match with the in-hand ones neither their inventory icons (Pic).
- All (dry) sponge textures/icons aren't very....spongy (Pic).
If you want, I can continue finding bugs and posting them here
(Updated):
- Mob/Steve heads are gigantic in the inventory & in hand. In addition to that, wither skeleton skulls and steve heads aren't textured (bug or still not done?) (Pic).
Hmmm well the only one there that looks a genuine bug is the bars in the iron door not being see through in the hand and the big heads..... no idea how to fix those as yet. The sponge in 1.7 is crate texture but when i release the 1.8 pack it will be a sponge, its in the pack if you want it just rename the spongeALT i left in the blocks folder to sponge
I just tried the latest seus with your latest seus pack, there I'm having The Lines Issue @[email protected]
Well I had to enable the parallax in the shader file to make it work; Thanks in advance for any info ^^
Heya, hmm well if you using POM you must use the SEUS only pack and have normals/spec switched to ON in the shaders options in game. The lines only appear if the CTM folder is active and i have purposely for now disabled the CTM folder in the SEUS special pack to stop this. I just double checked the pack and released and its working fine here with no lines.
Hi Sys, i don't know if you saw my private message about seus, but if you get a chance i would like to know how to resolve problem.
Here what i saw real quick :
- Normal map missing for Redstone and emeral
- Miss match between Snow and Dirt snow, may be it's a choice also, i don't know.
- That gold block is freaking awesome.
- Normal map double the texture of Glass.png
- Black spot on wool is a bit annoying, no big deal.
Question about the popularity : Does ur pack is so popular because it's 128 ?
I'm making my own texture and i started with 32 but i'm thinking sometime to do it higher (256)

Can you add a slider to the settings bars, it's a bit annoying to try to figure out where you are in the settings bar wihtout the sliders (if you know what i am talking about)

Well because of all the work on the 1.7 update AND a load of work on all the new 1.8 stuff I haven't really had time to do anything with SEUS maps.
Okay guys i'm just rounding up the last few updates on some textures before i compile the 1.7 update
Finally all the saplings completed.
