This one's just personal opinion, but does anyone else think the horse armour inventory image looks super weird? When you have the item in your hand it's like you're holding the horse's head. I think a more armour-looking image would make more sense, the current one (although it looks good) seems very out-of-place to me. I would make my own but I'm completely useless at making textures.
I like them but then I did make them but as I said in the other forum:-
I'm not sure about this one, I think it looks good but it's a little disturbing with the horses severed head but the armour on it's own doesn't look like anything.

I'm going to stick with them in my own personnel pack but someone could make better ones.
But the WaterTipper ones do look more Faithful than John Smith due to the colours.
Yeah, I guess you're right - the armour on it's own just looks like a weird blob of metal. It never really made sense in the default pack, so I can see why you added the head.
I know, I like having something different to build with and it's a John Smith original too from the alternate sheets.
Here it is so you can add it back to your own pack.
@Kazekai - do you mind if I take your work and paste it together into a blocks.png for us 1.4.7 players? and would you mind if I then included that work in a customized version of JSTR I distribute (non-adfly) to the (very) small community of my server's players?
I don't mind whatever people do with my work on the textures, I thought they would have been distributed by default with the pack by now.

If you say "plz" because it's shorter than "Please," I'll say "No" because it's shorter than "Yes."
Hope you like it but I don't think you should use it yourself unless you want, I don't recommend anything of this else than the netherbrick_fence textures....
Seriously?! Thats soooo derpy!!!!! a black wooden fence?!?!!? cmon get your hands on good work remove it or edit!!! ITS SSOOOO DERPYY!!!!!
Netherbrick is made of brick not wood.
The black Netherbrick fence was from the original John Smith alternate sheets, I still use it in my personal pack but it has been remove the the official pack.
That netherbrick fence texture looks great; I agree the existing one isn't very fitting, but it was just migrated over from the original JS pack. I believe the CTM textures were not actually made by JS himself however.
Also, I apologize that the site is down at the moment, apparently "unlimited" data transfer equates to 3TB per month. However, this month only has 12 minutes left (at least it does here), so it should be back up soon .

Suspended due to overtraffic? I hope you can get that sorted out. Rofl. What makes them think 3TB is unlimited?
Great work on the Biomes O Plenty textures everyone
Does anyone have a zip of all the textures that have been made for it (in the unstitched format) so I can work on adding them to the patcher? It seems a few people made some very nice textures a few pages back, but I don't think they were released.
EDIT: I found the download - I've put all the block textures in the 1.6 Git Repo, if there's any missing please let me know.

I just recently noticed a little hiccup with the mushrooms since the last update. The graphics used for the red and brown mushrooms have been switched. The little brown ones look like the big red ones and vice versa. Think you guys can switch that graphic back please?

Previously the brown mushrooms were acting as red mushrooms and the white mushrooms were acting as brown mushrooms.
So I swapped them around so the brown mushrooms were brown mushrooms.

So...the red mushrooms are supposed to be white? I think it worked better the other way around where the red mushrooms resembled the redish-brown mushrooms with the spotted caps, and the white mushrooms were the brown ones.
See int he default mode, the red ones are larger with spots and the brown ones are small and plain.
With the current JohnSmith settings, the texture that is currently used for the brown mushrooms more resembled the red mushrooms. Swapping them as they currently are is a bit confusing, at least for me.

The concern here is probably that the white ones don't really look like either red or brown, making the brown one better for both.

I completely agree. The small whiter one is slightly tinted brown, and the larger mushroom is red, so it makes a bit more sense the way you have it.
