Hi, I'm working on the server thing. At some point, probably next month, I'll copy the files from our private server, build a nice spawn area, and make a public server on Exodus hosting. It will be a 12-slot, 24/7 server, named JSTRCraft. And it will have Tekkit plus Forestry and ComputerCraft 1.41.
Edit: the configs for Forestry will be available for download.
Wow that sounds amazing! I can't wait for that, hopefully I can be whitelisted. Or when you say a public server, do you mean no whitelist? I don't mind either, but now I'm pretty excited!
I found a slight bug with the orange lamps. The pixels on one end come out farther towards the middle than the other side rendering it un-simmetrical. I only noticed this when I put multiple bunched together in a square of four.
I like this pack, but can you make the font more contrast because i can't see it clearly in a dark place. or makes gui not transparent.
I'll agree with this here. I love the see-through sort of style the GUI has, but if it's at night and you're trying to see how much energy is left in a machine or the likes, the text is rather hard to read.
HOWEVER, many many kudos to you and those working on this pack, you're doing a fantastic job and hope you keep up the good work.
Thank GOD somebody took up the torch on this one. JS's textures have always been rock solid and just amazing to behold. Two massive mods that need support (but are currently being updated for new MC versions) are RedPower and Thaumcraft. I would be glad to add help if needed with this project. I do the graphic design thing (for 18 years now) and I'm in Photoshop/Illustrator 7+ hours a day. Here's my personal site: www.pixelshock.com I'll gladly help take on the Redstone stuff once Eloraam wraps up the new version.

We're pretty good on RedPower, but Thaumcraft would be a blessing, if you could work on that. If you do decide to work on that, we'll gladly put your work into the texture pack.
TBH I'm not really sure Thaumcraft 2 is worth working on too much as it's now obsolete, with Thaumcraft 3 quickly approching release, and it's basically been totally rewritten and most of the items and blocks have changed.
Having said that, any textures you can provide for us for currently unfinished items will be greatly appreciated
Glow, you might have your work cut out for you. The FTB pack is on the cusp of being released right now. I'm currently watching slowpoke's stream.
In other news, I absolutely love this TP addon, this and JS have become more-or-less my goto pack from MC and all of the mods I use. Thank you so much for your devotion to this.

It seems forestry bees appear as purple boxes with MC 1.4.2 and forestry prerelease 1.6.0.0pre6.
I temporarily fixed it by grabbing the bees.png from the forestry jar, doubling the size and replacing it putting in the texture pack, but it seems it is one pixel to one side and of course the upscaled bees don't look all fancy, but it'll work for now I think.

The only real differences between the current mod support and Feed the beast, are Twilight forest, Gregtech (which both glow and I dislike very much), and a few tiny mods here and there. So it won't be that difficult supporting all of the mods that are there.

I'm working on the bees currently, expect an update for the GDrive version within 3 hours or so.

Granted. Although, if the FTB site is anything to go by, they plan on adding quite a few more mods as soon as they're updated for 1.4.2 (or 1.4.4, whichever comes first).
We're trying to focus on completing support for the mods in the FTB modpack ATM, but after we've got that sorted we might look into supporting other mods :).
In the meantime, for mods that we don't currently support, you could always look in Vattic's Faithful 32 thread to see if he supports them, and whilst they aren't JS style, it's better than having 16x textures mixed in.
Hey I found this topic a while ago and it inspired me new ways to get my mod support for Tooncraft out to people. Just I've noted while Google Drive was nice in terms of being able to drag whats done over, some have had issues connecting and all that and this new updated Dropbox zip sounds ok. At the same time though I'd like to make sure Puddles gets his own support. My thought would be my zip is all the mod textures and you'd still have to go get his pack to fully use it. Then I can also see how people might find that tedious. Any input on the best ways (that you've found) would be great
I've recently started using IC2 agriculture and the crops and plants aren't textured. Will they end up being textured or will they stay as faithful/default textures?
IC2 crops will probably eventually be supported, it shouldn't take too much effort to modify the existing crops to work with them, but the main issue will probably be the pumpkin/melon textures as they use a totally different texture to the vanilla plants.

I am aware of the issues with a lot of recent mod updates, I'm slowly catching up with the latest releases, but damn do those mod devs work fast

I've been here for a loooooooooong time.
