This texture pack blends together the excellent work done by Misa and the Sphax team to produce a compatable texture pack for Tekkit (Minecraft 1.2.5). I wanted to do this as when I started with Tekkit, I really wanted Misa's textures, but I also wanted higher res textures for the machines, and at the time, Sphax was the main contender.
While the two packs are totally different styles, they merge together nicely. Misa's textures for the natural world, and Sphax texture for the machines. I've then created by own textures for the natural items in Tekkit such as Marble, Basalt, New ores, Rubber Trees, etc, etc to fit Misa's style.
I've also included NP Railcraft 64x64 as this also closely fits Misa style.
This download DOES NOT include CTM or Mob/RandomMob textures as per Misa's request, but below are instructions on how to manually add these features to your Tekkit experience.
Please do not upload this file anywhere else, it will only be available on my dropbox account.
Let me know if you encounter any other invisible/partially textured blocks. I've not placed every block in Tekkit, so there may be others that conflict.
Installing Mob textures
1. Download Misa's texture pack from her Official Topic (link above) or any other pack that contains the mob textures you want to use.
2. Unpack my pack into the texture folder
3. Unpack Misa's pack into the texture folder
(it's easier to work with the textures unpacked, plus, you can still use the texture packs unpacked)
4. Copy from Misa's texture pack the MOB folder, and paste it into my packs folder
5. Annoying bit - All the zombie textures need to be adjusted to work with the older minecraft version. You will need to load each zombie and pig zombie texture in a program that can handle transparency, and resize the canvas to 256x128 to remove the big empty area of the texture at the bottom.
Alternatively, if you have an older copy of Misa's textures on your system (version 4.2 or earlier), copy the MOB folder from there.
My changes:
New textures for Basalt, Marble, Basalt Bricks, Marble Bricks, Basalt Cobblestone, Rubber Trees and new ores (normal and nether versions)
New item textures for gems and ignots/bars
Redstone, Steam and Combustion engine textures updated to use Misa textures
Quantum armour purposely using the blue/white version, as I prefer it over the green/white version
Condensor and Alchemy chest updated to use Misa's stone and obsidian textures
Ender chest updated to Misa's ender chest design
Other storage chest textures updated to use Misa's block textures
Chest GUIs updated to have a colour scheme matching the chest material
Most GUIs using Sphax style
Still to do:
Crops - currently using Sphax textures, but needs more "realistic" textures to blend with Misa style
Copper, Bronze, Tin and Uranium Blocks
If you read the OP, you'd see that I've already been in touch with Misa and have had to provide manual installation instructions for CTM and mobs as per Misa's request.
I will admit that I've not been in touch with anyone at BDCraft regarding the sphax side of things, as I've found it a minefield finding the Tekkit mod textures in the first place. There are many different versions of the same textures floating around, and different compilations - many had incorrect folder paths (either due to being for newer versions of the mods used in Tekkit, or just errors) and missing/duplicated textures.
I shall remove the link for the time being, and track down someone to contact at BDCraft.

Installing CTM (Connected Textures)
- 4. Copy from Misa's texture pack the CTM folder, and paste it into my packs folder
- 5. Delete the following files - THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP otherwise you will get invisible texture blocks due to ID conflicts
- block20.properties
block102.properties
Let me know if you encounter any other invisible/partially textured blocks. I've not placed every block in Tekkit, so there may be others that conflict.block102a.properties

Should is not the right word. He needs to.
