These are still Mojang's textures, just stretched out. It's an interesting concept, but best done with your own textures. The terrain.png uses mojang's textures in all edited blocks. While somethings of this sort are more acceptable than others, this concept should be using original textures. But since they are currently un-original textures, you should have an alternate download, as adf.ly is a means of making a profit off downloads, which is technically breaking at least one copyright law.

As I said, interesting concept, but use original textures, and try to insure textures tile properly.

Edit: Oh, that flame particle effect looks unique, and that looks nice from what I can tell.
