Hello, TFW here to bring you a simplistic, but detailed texture pack.
I call it.....TFWCRAFT (Original, Isn't it?)
Named after me, TFW.
First off, even though 16x, you must use MCpatcher or Optifine for the randommobs and water to work.
Second, do not remix my pack without my permission.
Third, if you even dare to pass this off as your own I will find you and eat your family.
Fourth, I am not responsible for the ever growing destruction from camo-creepers.
Screenie time (Images are large, I warned you.)
Still working on:
Armor
Items
Some GUI's
Shubbery
Making the beacon blast rainbows. (I will never give up on that)
Some mobs
Buttons/Icons
This is actually very nice looking! I like the originality in the shapes, and you shaded! (that's more uncommon than it should be)
In the interest of giving constructive criticism though, most of the textures using that brick pattern seem to have more noise, shading, and ultimately more depth between bricks. It seems like the mortar is above the bricks with that contrast. My suggestion would be to use more muted colours that are darker that the bricks as mortar, that will bring the bricks out more and make them realistic.
Good job so far though. I looks good!
Edit: Oh, I also notice now from the first screenshot that there is a minor tiling issue on the grass, there is one dark spot that seems to reveal block location. Less of a tiling issue and more of a repeating issue I guess.
I love the water! The netherrack looks a lot brighter and prettier. The cacti look cool too. I love your idea about the beacons blasting rainbows. Keep up the awesome work!

I know about the grass tiling issue,
I kind of like it...
And for the bricks, I don't really get what you are tryng to say, Is it to make the mortar darker than the bricks, or the bricks darker then the mortar?

My normal signature is too tall...... by 40 pixels lol. I prefer being called Wyrm or TFW if possible.

If you like the grass, that's how you should release it. Don't release it if you don't like it yourself, we come after.
My point about the brick textures is that currently, the mortar is brighter, but since it is in behind, the bricks should be brighter
