(This is my first texture pack made from scratch so please feel free to help me out )

Welcome to the planet Zarg!
The ZMTA (Zargon Mineral Trading Authority) has requested YOU to conduct a lone mining mission on Zarg.
(Sorry we cant send you anything but if you do we may be able to compile some resources and send a chest with you)
We highly recommend that you read the ZMTC's (Zargon Mineral Trading Center) electronic book of Zarg as it will contain everything you need to know about Zarg.
(If you find anything new you are to document and report it to the authors of the book for recording)

These are some samples of "Blocks" gathered by some diggers. (The first picture is old but some textures havent changed)
These are some ores that can be found on Zarg
Zarg's consists of many different Biomes. Some examples here
Zarg's constant seismic activity causes great mountain formations like these. (and also generates a vast amount of ores)
Zarg also has vast deserts. Diggers have reported strange structures in desert regions and further exploration of these is needed.
Arctic regions have also been documented on Zarg.
The dense jungles of Zarg are so dense that movement on the ground can be slow and it is recommended that Diggers should jump from tree to tree for quick movement.
The deep depths of Zarg. Not many have explored this deep but these few pictures show how dangerous it is down there, any information about the depths are gladly accepted.
Here are some monsters that have been documented roaming Zarg
These are Swirly Ports, these have been seen for thousands of years on Zarg and are known to transport Diggers to random places. As the years have gone by and Telepole technology advanced the Swirly Ports now react to a Digger's personal Telepole device causing them to explode violently if exposed for too long. Caution is advised when they are spotted.
Alien parasites of unknown origin lurk on Zarg. Baby parasites (left) have a deadly poison and is adviced to be careful when roaming abandoned mineshafts. The adult parasites (right) are just as fast as the babies although they loose their poison they have the ability to "absorb" living things. Although parasites have excellent night vision, bright environments render them usless and unable to see you.
This is an unfortunate person who has fallen victim to the parasites "absorbing" ability. They will attack no matter what and are deadly in mass groups. Note that Diggers have observed that sunlight burns these creatures.
Wondering skeletons have been seen for thousands of years and their origin is still unknown dispite two leads saying either the ghosts of a digging crazed race, or ceated by the Flinarjian's. Although they use to just hold a lantern and chase Diggers down they now hold a bow and will fire arrows from afar, either keep distance with them or fight em with your own bow.

S01 Zarg's resident yellow dwarf star. This is the source of the light, heat, life ect ect for Zarg
Gr4z is one of the many moons of Zarg and is visable during the night time of Zarg.
(In the texture pack there are multiple choices for the moon, feel free to use them )
Any additional information should be reported to Professor A. Mazon or any others at the Tower of Creepers, Attenborough Institure of Galactic Greenery ASAP.
(Thats straight from the Amiga CD32 handbook lol)

Thanks for the advice , the sand im guessing needs to be brighter or somthing along those lines (i used the dirt sprite for the island zone on Diggers and the top sand is slightly brighter so ill make it that colour) and i will redo the ores. (Take note that im taking pictures of Diggers and using it as a refrence and the jewels found in Diggers are that bright but ill make em darker and embed them, or possibly use the dropped sprite instead of the inventory sprite)
Oh, so Diggers is some kind of game? Are you going to stick close to the game or rather make your own minecraft version of it?
Nice changes, but the new spider is reaally green. Maybe mix it up a little with some other colors or at least more contrast.
half half im trying to stick to the game as close as possible but with some things i cant so i try to make it myself whilst attempting to stay with the game (you can really see what ive attempted myself ._.)

Its been quite a while since i checked back on this (mainly due to school and such :L) but ive got around to updating the texture pack to 1.4.4 and texturing some things
