Hi guys i am working on a new texture pack called simple and clean its about 20% it should make everything look a lot more simpler hope you guys like it Download http://adf.ly/DpHvH
Actually, it will not affect lag. It is a common misconception that single colours will reduce lag, if a pack consists of 16px by 16px textures, minecraft will render all 256 pixels in a texture individually and read the colours afterwards, so minecraft will need to do the exact same amount of work and get the same FPS despite colour choice.

Okay, here we go. I took a look at the terrain, and will base a large majority of this post on that.
This does not reduce lag. It is still 16x16 pixels, the same as the default texture pack. The idea that color-count decides the difficulty of loading a texture is flat out wrong. No exceptions. Images, always, forever and ever, have been, are, and will be loaded by pixel count, because each pixel loads individually. To reduce lag in a texturepack, you would have to physically reduce the size of the textures, to some resolution below 16x16.
Your pack is nothing more than 16x16 squares of single colors, rarely even providing an outline, and the whole 20% finished part... Seriously, are you even trying? I can't see you being anything more than a 10 year old that decided,"Im gna maek a pak an evry1 wil luv it!" and got lazy, not even 20% through.
Laziness aside, think about the aesthetics of this. Nothing is recognizable. At all.I would applaud you for using non-default colors, but it looks like you took them from MSPaint's palette. I'm actually surprised you have transparency.
Now, I would love to make this post longer, because I find topics like this quite amusing, but, alas, I must off shortly, so I'll leave with this:
Think about what you made. Compare it to, literally, every other pack, ever. What are the differences you see?

Ok I removed the less lag thing though thanks for the info

Age is not an excuse.
