Just noticed some issues while playing with the pack.
Problemo #1
I've just started my farm on my Hardcore world and the wheat textures are not properly complete, you are missing the final wheat texture, the tallest one.

Problemo #2
The pumpkin/melon stalks don't appear in the first growing stage. Not sure if it is the same for the other stages as my crops have not grown that far yet. Will edit this post after they grow.

Hope you can fix these issues :-)
EDIT: I forgot to mention a third issue. The sidegrass texture. On the left of the tallgrass in the terrain.png there should be a sidegrass overlay texture, it is not there. The testure is used in fancy mode and it uses the biome colours, so it looks a bit odd when it just uses the normal sidegrass colours.

The reason I didn't remember the third issue is because I fixed it myself the second I saw it xD
DOUBLE EDIT: I believe I have found the issue with the pumpkin/melon stalks. I'm pretty sure it is because the texture you have made for it is too short. I know that Minecraft uses the top part of the stem texture for the first stage and works its way down and looking at the default stalk it is quite a bit taller than yours is.

TRIPLE EDIT:
I can confirm that the stem is invisible during the first 2 stages of growth, by the third stage it is visible(though it looks like it is in first stage).
