This contract is between two parties; Dane 'Leon' Fletcher and rjs232323. Please peruse it carefully.

Dane Fletcher, hence known as the Author, hereby grants the usage of the texture pack, Hazelwood Version 1.6, hence known as the Texture Pack, to rjs232323, hence known as the User, and the User hereby accepts an exclusive license to use the Texture Pack, with the stipulation that all monies directly deriving from the usage of the Texture Pack, to be paid in full to the Author within 1 year of the obtainment of the profits through either a cheque, electronic transmission or PayPal.
The usage of the Texture Pack is defined as the remote storage of the Texture Pack on servers used and only accessibly by the User or his associates to be used, with due care, as a feature of the service, MineCanvas, hence known as the Service.



USAGE GUIDELINES

The usage of the Texture Pack is defined here by the Author.
The Texture Pack must be used together in a Package where all possible usages of the Texture Pack are used. If the use of the Texture Pack is impossible or would otherwise interfere with the correct working of the Service, impede on the usage by the users of the Service or otherwise be detrimental to the Service, permission is granted for another different Package to be used in part.
The Texture Pack may be used as an art Package in the Service however only when used alongside other art Packages as an alternative and never the default unless set as such by the user of the Service.
The Texture Pack may not be used as a way to obtain money or objects used as value directly.
The Texture Pack must also be used under the name of Hazelwood or Audi Ventus and may not be set in Italic or Oblique text, nor may it be set in fanciful or flaboyant fonts that would degrade the status of the Texture Pack.
The Texture Pack may not be used to promote what the Author deems and considors defamatory or unacceptable.
The rights to the usage of the Texture Pack may not be given to other parties.
If the Service is sold or transferred, this contract and all rights given to the User are considered null and void.

The User must create or provide accessible a copy of this contract herewith the Service. They must also have a Credits page accessible to the general public where the Author of the Texture Pack is properly credited to what the Author deems and considers appropriate.

The Author may, at anytime, order the User to cease, abstain and desist the usage of the Texture Pack. This will render this contract null and void.
The Author may also, at anytime hence to the forseeable future, order the User to change and modify the usage of the Texture Pack.

The User agrees to not make references to his usage of the Texture Pack when not used in advertising for the Service offerred. The User also agrees to waive all rights for compensation, money and trademarks. All advertising must be what the Author deems and considers pertinent and pertaining to the Service.


If the User fails to give the Author monies derived from the direct usage of the Texture Pack, all usage of the Texture Pack by the User must be terminated and removed and all agree
If the User and Author agrees to this contract, they must declare their acceptance and understanding either through posting a copy of the contract to the Author with a signature or by stating their acceptance through the Minecraft Forums, which can be accessed at minecraftforum.net.

The Author and User declares that this contract and signature is true and correct on the punishment of God if signed and posted to the address of 1 Broad Park, St Keyne, Cornwall, England, UK.
