So, I understand that you have created a texturepack including both dandelion and textures from others? If you want to only use my pack instead of the other textures, just download the original dandelion and put my pack above the vanilla dandelion (in the resourcepack settings), nothing will happen, it's just textures!
I am not sticking with the colors, I am orienting towards the color palette, but am not using it only, as it does destroy creativity pretty much, in my opinion.
I do, however, only use colors with properties fitting to dandelion.
I may say, just out of topic, that a new big update is being worked on. A pretty big one.
Also - I don't know if I have your texture pack download link. I have one that a friend made for me, which is just the rest of 1.10 textures made to look like dandelion and the updated version of Dandelion 1.9 from Spidermas99.
The main thing I'm concerned about is whether or not the texture pack will be just like the original. Meaning all items / things made into this texture, and everything with swirls or whatever, along with the colors. I just want everything and anything in minecraft to be converted to this texture pack. And if I can have that in just one folder, that would be great.
Okay, so I misunderstood. I thought you were talking about my pack, the addon for Dandelion, for mods. I do not have access to this pack and this pack will stay the same until Steelfeathers continues working on it or the permission gets transferred to another person.
My pack, however, is updated to 1.10 and I will update it for 1.11 too. The main purpose of my pack is to be used when playing minecraft with mods, but you can also use it with vanilla. Also Spidermas' textures are included.
So, forget what I said, it was regarding my pack, not this one.
Okay. I'm not really looking for mods, I am just looking for someone to update the blocks to look like this texture pack.
One person did it before [ I got 1.10 ] and I was hoping someone else would help add new block textures for 1.11.
If you or anyone you know can do this, let me know.
The user "500poundsofnothing" helped with updating it to 1.10.
Spidermas99 helped update it to 1.9. edit ;; with some textures
Oh believe me I want to. But apparently there are two different types of... mod packs. More intricate ones, and less intricate ones. Unfortunately, my friend thinks that if I try to delete something from SteelFeather's pack, that it will completely mess everything up. I mean... to be honest.. worse comes to worse, I just download the pack again?
@lilkko Of course I tried to keep the Dandelion style as best as possible, thats the reason I created the pack
I haven't got a reply from Steelfeathers about my fork project yet, but I think it shuld be fine if I post single textures for 1.11 this evening or tomorrow.
I removed all mods from my pack to keep it Vanilla-only, but I created a "addon" pack which can be enabled next to it to include support for some new and popular mods, even if I almost only play Vanilla except the "Life in the woods" collection.
I planned to support "Life in the woods" too, but this would take a long time to create the mass of textures
Also there is no performance impact if there are multiple mods inside a resource pack because Vanilla minecraft ignores them. The only difference is that the .zip file is hardly noticeable larger when it comes to the filesize.
Oh my god. You have no idea how excited I am to see all this. I have been trying to find someone to update the pack with just vanilla textures for a long time. I wanted it to be as close to Dandelion as possible. Not sloppy images, the correct colors, and everything smooth and simple. I am beyond excited and I cannot wait to see your next post.
I'm sure Steel will be more than happy.
Also, I'm happy to know that mods do not impact the value of the game.
