Well this texture pack isn't very impressive or unique. You should try to add at least a bit of shading, like someone mentioned before. Also, with such a clean pack like this color choice is everything and your colors aren't that great.

a little update on the texture pack:

I'm want to make the texture pack compatible with tekkit (maybe feed the beast)
I'm also working on the particles and the GUI

and a 4.0 pre-release will come soon
