A simple texture pack that allows you to see through walls and find underground stuff, all with black wool. Kind of like the x-ray mod, but in a texture pack instead. Keep your clean minecraft.jar! Stop using this pack with just a few clicks, instead of having to force an update of minecraft! Use on servers to make one-way walls! All in this texture pack.
Yes, I understand this is easy to do yourself. I didn't post this to get respect or thanks from anyone else. I made this for some of my friends, who don't even know how to edit an image file. If you don't like it, that's fine. I wasn't aiming to impress anyone here. So PLEASE keep your negative comments to yourself.
How it works:
The pack changes the texture of black wool to be completely transparent, when the minecraft files say that black wool is opaque. In this pack, however, it isn't opaque, leading to a glitch where minecraft tries to make the transparent block opaque. All this results in a harmless glitchy block that lets you look through all the opaque blocks connected to the wool block (stone and grass, for example). It all works in much the same way as half-loaded chunk glitches. This texture pack does NOT harm your minecraft files in any way, and can be disabled by changing back to the normal textures or another texture pack.

This is called an x-ray pack, and they aren't generally appreciated here because not only do they use the original Mojang textures, they are meant to be used to remove a core part of the survival side of the game; to explore in order to find natural formations as well as mining for the surprise of finding the ores your looking for.
I will thank you for adding screenshots though, that's a nice thing to see.
This is hardly respectable. Anyone with an image editing program that support transparency could make this very, very easily. If you added something that made it unique, it would be worth a look.

Everyone's entitled to their opinions, and frankly, if you made this for your friends, why did you post it here? People want texture packs that look nice,* not texture packs that ruin the survival aspect of Minecraft.
*this is what most people want. there are a few who want to cheat and be annoying.
