Hey everybody this is my 3rd or 4th attempt at making a texture pack, but it is by far the only decent one. I have spent over a month working on it now, and I must say that personally I like how it turned out. It is supposed to have a simple-shaded theme. The ideas for a few of the texture were just made by my friends, and I just bouncing ideas off of each other, and keeping what looked best in general. I have released it to all of my friends as a WIP, but now that it is finished I will release it to the public.
Based on the simple shading and fast graphics in the screenshots, I'd assume your computer is a bit slow with minecraft... Perhaps you could make it look better by using fancy graphics and smooth shading just long enough to take the screenshot... Just an observation.
It looks... ok... But I think the stone, dirt and topgrass could use a little more depth and texture, and the sidegrass could use a little more shape, rather than being flat, and shading on the dirt below the grass would look nice.
