Hello everyone. Currently, I am working on a 256x version of Extreme Photo Realism to go with Jammy's Furniture Mod, which I use, but has no value in my world due to lower quality textures. So, since I am making this, I thought I could ask permission and give it out to you guys. It will be a while, but in the process, I will post a picture of each item on this forum. If you have any pictures you would like me to use for this pack, post them, and I will see if I can use that texture. However, the download will not be on this topic, but rather on the Extreme Photo Realism topic page, and Jammy's Furniture Mod topic page. In the downloads section here, I will only give links to the topics that will have the download. To install, just replace the files in:
Most likely, I will be making a replacement for every file in the above file location. This may take a while, as I need to be at least content in mood, and be motivated, to be able to get any work done. Procrastination problems. :c
P.S. Please excuse any spelling and grammar mistakes you may find. ASUS is a horrible keyboard producer, but their laptop was all I could afford at the time that had everything I needed. :/
EDIT: I will be making this more professional looking later, but I'm a little stuck on time at the moment. :/
EDIT EDIT: May have to be abandoned as I have about 10 minutes of free time a week to work on this :/
EDIT EDIT EDIT: I might just end up doing this and not releasing it to the public. As in, making it for only my use. :/
This is terrible. No effort. Just google pictures. I know it's a realism texture pack, but this is pretty lazy.
Actually, no. I am going to be using GIMP to touch them up A LOT. When I said minor details next to the picture,I meant that I only had done minor details. I still need to find another texture to mix with it and I need to touch it up afterwards. The picture there is in NO way complete. I am going to be doing this the same way the normal Photo Realism was made. Plus, with all the spare time I have this is going to take at least a few years.
EDIT: The cabinet was the only one so far that I have googled, as my house cabinets are all metal, and that s a wood cabinet. I am trying to use my home items to make them look like, plus a picture on google to shape them.

I understand the effort in "touching up" HD textures, but whether or not you touch it up, your still using textures from google images, or some other resource.
I may add in though that that block in the preview is quite appealing to me, I wish it wasn't a resource image used for the texture.
My apologies if I misinterpreted your post and these actually are your base textures.

These textures are only the base shape for it. I am going to be making my own look for them, but I needed a shape of the cabinets that I like. Also note that this is the first time I have done anything even remotely related to textures. I have never edited a Minecraft file before on my own, nor have I ever thought about it. Just realize that this is the way that I have seen a few realistic texture packs do their work early on, by starting with a Google image, and then changing the texture to something they think looks good. I have followed a few texture pack creators and I have seen numerous posts about using Google images for some textures. And as I said before, this is the only one I Googled so far. It is only Googled because I do not have at my house, as all my cabinets are metal. I will be using Google for the following ones also, as I have none of the following at my house:
Armchair
Blinds
Ceramic Panel
Chimney
All Clock parts
Coffee Table
Lamp
Light
Mantle Piece
Plant Pot
All Sofa parts
Table Lamp
Television*
Window Box
*1: I have no T.V.s that look the way they do on this mod, so this is a maybe.
Note: All mob heads will be coming from the true Extreme Photo Realism pack.
Sigh... This is one of the few things that I both want to do, but also makes me realize how little free time I get... I have barely anything done due to school. :c No pictures, as my Minecraft has a virus... D: Ah well, I got a few three-day weekends coming up at least a FEW hours of free time... As I wait for my laptop to come back... :c

I wouldn't say that yet. It still looks like s**t right now.
