Just use CTM to put all the grids into whole sections, so then a whole bunch of blocks is outlined by black using CTM, so then it looks more like a cartoon, rather then a crappy black outline with an eye burning colour bucket filled in the centre...
Actually, you gave me a rather good idea. I'll be making a REAL cel shaded pack soon.
