Hello Minecraft forums, welcome to my second (ever) texture pack, Lonely Bit, a 8 by 8 pack that attempts to evoke a feeling of loneliness while staying true to its cartoon style. It does not require Optifine, but you should use it in order to see the custom water/lava textures.

I hope that you like this texture pack, and due to its uncompleted nature, I can and will accept almost any suggestions you pose for future or alternate textures. I usually will update this once a week, but I can build up features over time, so please comment!

Looks really nice, although I think the diamond ore texture should be a bit more... erm... Visible.
Thank you, I did that because I felt diamonds should look more like... diamonds. Should I change it to be something more like emerald, or just center the ore on the block? Thanks again for the feedback
Great job with it! Looks great. I will use this when you release it. And I think the diamond should be centered.
But... it is released! It's only WIP because only terrain is done; that doesn't make it unusable. Thank you for your opinion on the diamond, I plan to do weekly sunday updates (because of school) but I can update it tomorrow for labor day
The grass colours don't look that great, they could be more bright and vibrant... They look really dead, the grass could have an actual texture instead of stripes but that's personal preference, apart from that it could have some more details... Apart from that good work
Thank you! I suppose I can make a version of the grass with more of a noise-like texture than lines... As far as color is concerned I can simply brighten the biome-grass tile, but it IS called Lonely Bit. Thanks again for the input everyone, I will make a new version and release it today, but I would still appreciate feedback on this!
Update 1! I changed diamonds, as requested, and updated the types of wooden planks a little bit. I've started work on the items, which will be added in a.s.a.p. I will do weekly sunday updates of this, so the items will have to wait until then, but PLEASE ADD COMMENTS so I can know what you think of my newest textures! Download it above while it's fresh!

Because this pack is so early in development, I can accept almost any request from people commenting here. Please comment if there is something wrong, or something you would like to be added!
This looks OK, but it doesnt really have a defined style, and some of the textures (dirt, sand) are pretty "harsh". The grass is pretty repetitive, but the ores are pretty nice, but you should make the diamond ore a bit bigger/easier to see, right now it's pretty hidden.

Ok, I will ease off the contrast a little on dirt and sand then I understand the grass is repetitive, but I need a more specific opinion than just "change it." Thanks about the ores, I've gotten that comment about the diamonds before, that's my second run. I suppose I'll just add another diamond to it to make it easier to spot, because I don't want to make the diamond bigger (unless that's what you wanted?). Thanks so much for your comments

For the grass, how about make diagonal lines? Cactii did that in his mixed nuts pack, if I'm not wrong, and it turned out pretty well.
And yes, yo should probably add another diamond to the block.

Ah, I see. Well, I don't want to be accused of plagiarizing his design, but it does look pretty nice. The problem with this is that if I do it, It will no longer match my sidegrass tile very well. (also notice that my stripey grass has more detail than his anyway :D) But, if my fans wish me to do it, I shall. I think I will make a separate pack with it though, I quite like my stripes myself.

Suggestions: - Change the default GUI (Going of the Photos) - Include a Picture of the items.png (It'll catch a lot of peoples attention too!)
Ah yes, I would do both those things, but the items aren't finished yet, and they're higher priority than the GUI. I am working on them though! They should be mostly done by next weekend (or sooner )
