Hey Everyone! I have been inspired as of late to create my own texture pack and I have just finished all of the terrain and I am hoping you will all enjoy it as much as I do. I have a few mobs done as well but there is still much more to do. I am posting this pack because I want you all to appreciate, or at least try to enjoy what I have put some hard work into. Thanks for supporting me through the creation process. I only had about 15 days to finish all the terrain so I had my work cut out for me.

This is an HD Texture pack and does require the MCPatcher or Optifine, whichever is easier for you to do. Those can be found on the main page of the texture packs forums.
Here are some pictures of the pack so you can get a good idea of what it looks like beforehand. (More pictures are in the Spoiler)
I have worked hard to try to make the best pack possible for you all. If you like the textures, let me know (the same goes for any criticism or even bugs you may find). Also, these are all original textures I made using Adobe Illustrator CS6 and I hope you like them (especially since I have never worked with CS6 or any program like that. I had to learn on the fly).
I remember you actually told me before when this was called "soft n' bold: a texture pack, you said it had potential so I hope you like it
Oh wait, that was you? I thought that was someone else and that you took his textures... lol, oops. As for the ores, the spots look like manipulated shapes, and not very appealing. It would be nice to try drawing it by hand.

Like draw it by hand first and then try to make it in illustrator? I can always revise things, just not sure what it the best way to go about it, as in, "I was hoping to create textures that appeal and aren't just ""some blobs"" that everyone else has...if a change is needed I will have to put some thought into it

Yeah well, there isn't any rush here. You know, looking at it more closely, I think it would also be best to add a little shading to all of the blocks. Litterally, it changes everything. (But I'm not saying to change it completely.)
EDIT: I meant to say, "(But I'm not saying to change it completely.)"
Wow, this has progressed a lot since I last saw it..... nice. The border around the ores and stone create a repetition issue, but I guess it's within the pack's style (this was based on the vector pack, right?). I think you should add some more details/outlines to the furnace and dispenser, they look too simple now....

personally Ilike the shape of the ores .I't diffrent and that's what you want is to be different and not have a cookie cutter texure pack. The only thing I would change about the is the border that goes around it.get rid ofit .(Nevermind I seethe boder is part of the theme of the pack)and maybe keep the shape of the ores the colored bits but try to make them more 3d instead of just flat.and try to put some animated textures into the pack if you can.But I like it smooth and sleak. gonna give it a play through.
p.s. is it possible to make other size packs like 64x maybe?

I also found that the furnace is quite simple. I need to do a revamp on it but am currently fixing a few things I noticed. Thanks for letting me know though. I will add it to my list of things to fix.

I tried the 3d effects on the ores...it looks nice, but until I can figure out how to make the gradient go with the 3d I'll leave them for now. Also, I had intended this pack to be a 64x-128x pack. I have to shrink some things down (won't be bad due to it being a vector pack) but somehow the squares are off by like .04 something and when i shrink it it goes a little funny. So I will be doing that by hand to ensure it will be correct. So yes, I will make this 64x asap. Thanks for the comments. I tried to make it as smooth as possible.
I have recently changed my mind on how I feel about the boxes around everything. I will make a test pack to see if it is better received, or rather, to see if the pack flows better with itself.

I have updated the terrain to see if you all like it. Leave some fresh comments if you do.

WHAT DID YOU DO TO IT!

also... there are quite a few blocks that are exactly the same.. if your gonna only slightly change someone else's texture pack at least give them credit..
