ok, I see the pattern here. everything marked as red on the reference sheet is not working. I'm on a bukkit server with worldedit, so how do I use them easily? for the other ones I using the "/i meta#s"
When I try to download it, the link sends me to http://adfoc.us/751651 which just says "Could not connect." It seems pretty shady. My firewall said it was dangerous and google said it was a phishing website. Once, I clicked it and it sent me to some page which was just an ad. Any advice? Is there somewhere else I could download it? Thanks.

I'm having the same issue. I believe adfoc.us is down for everyone though. Not sure if it's a phishing site as I've never had trouble with it before.

doesnt seem to be anything wrong with it. if you've never used adfoc.us before, all you have to do is click the top right "skip"
if anything other than the download for "conquest_.zip" comes up then dont download
Please provide a download that just delivers the .zip file. My anti-virus keep removing every download I can get to for this pack. I am getting so frustrated I am thinking of creating my own pack for Jamziboy's work. (one that will download without all the crap).

For some reason I cant get the weapon racks to work. I have everything patched properly and the files are there but it just wont work. Are they biome specific or am i missing something?
I have exactly the same problem.
I made some tests : it seem that random, horizontal and vertical methods doesn't work on pane blocs, while ctm method works fine.
I renamed the "block101.properties" to "block1.properties" in an almost empty test ressource pack and the texture works on the stone meta 7. So i cannot see the problem !
I'm on Minecraft Forge 1.6.4 with Optifine 1.6.4 HD U C8.
Hey, I found something wrong with the texture for upside-down log stair. The horizontal textures are the wood texture instead of the log texture. I don't have this problem when I switch back to v7.0

monster, would you mind making the Spruce Planks have the same ctm floor boards texturing as the birch planks, right now the spruce planks look horrid as floor but the clean floor board shapes of the birch planks looks great, however birch planks are too light for floor boarding thus are only really for bright ocean themed buildings and possibly very modern homes.
I was wondering, since you have so many more blocks than what survival minecraft can access, would it be possible to use some of the other textures to support a few mods? The only ever concern I have when using Conquest is it doesn't really support any mod I know of, but I know asking you to support a specific mod would really be putting on you a lot of work to do, but you could use those blocks you have already made to support mods!
Oh, it's that question once again. Here is your answer:
well i do support mods that i play personally (not too many i admit) but deskpop and steelflame are working on some modsupport for the pack so for news about modsuppport direct the questions towaqrds them =)
It's an old quote but still holds true. Basicly he does mod support for mods that he uses and everything else is done by the community. I don't know if deskpop and steelflame are still active but you could also do it yourself, upload the textures somewhere and send the link to monsterfish. If it's good enough he will include it.
like DeimosEvotec quoted so basically once the plugin api makes it possible to have it on the server i will add support for it since i will be using it for sure but as of right now the comunity should take care of that.
Too many quotes, didn't read: Yes, you can use the existing textures to create modsupport for what ever mod you want but you'll have to do it yourself or find someone else who is willing to do it since monsterfish won't do it.
@monsterfisher Maybe you should write this into the modsupport spoiler in the first post, so it's more visable for people that look for mods/modsupport.
Monster, I'm sure you're aware, but Mojang is replacing metadata with "block states" in Minecraft 1.8... This will undoubtedly break all of your beautiful metadata textures... What do you plan on doing? Do you think you'll be able to figure out a way to adapt the textures to this new system, or will you have to simply discontinue them? I really hope you'll figure out a way.
P.S. It was great playing CTF with you on Ravand.org the other day
Right, so I have a stupidly simple and quick question: Where can I get these updated versions of the pack? Do I just download it from any resource pack site, or is there a specific site with all of the updated versions. Do I even need to re-download the pack in the first place? Probably not too hard of a question. Just wanted to make sure and get everything sorted out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

For the record I am still around, I have just been very busy. I work on what I can when I have the time but even than I am prioritizing the mods I see used most heavily and the ones I use on our server. When I have some time this week I will set up a seperate thread concerning mod support for Conquest.
@snostorm8 mojang did some changes to metadata which might cause huge problems but we never know =)
From what I have seen talked about, Optifine will pick up the slack and add a feature supporting legacy metadata if Mojang decides to give it the axe. All hope is not lost bud!
not sure if this is a bug on my end or not but haven't seen it before i updated to latest version
might be shaders too
the light from the fire seems to hit the inside of a clear box on top of the block
any ideas?
also great new axe texture
I think that may just be the way the shaders apply that type of effect to the 2 dimensional animation. I'm guessing some tertiary pixels that may be invisible to a shader-less player in the original engine is being detected by the shader as part of the fire and being amplified as a result.
At least, this is the observation I'm making. I'm not expert on things such as this, but I'd imagine it's because conquest wasn't hammered out with shaders in mind, so an oversight like this is bound to happen. (Actually, less so an oversight and more-so monster just can't be prepared for everything.)
Luckily, he's really good at taking a glance at things and seeing if it's a problem on his RP's side. I'd imagine you'll get at least a response from him on the next update, but to me it looks like the shader is just applying itself to the tertiary pixels that are normally invisible in the standard minecraft renderer.
yes, I have pretty much everything turned on and turned on fancy.

running 1.7.9 preview optifine, which was showing ctm before your latest update
you must be from the future?
thanks as always for tending to all of our needs
