The colours are quite bland and very noisy. Maybe add some texture and shading?
The colors are based upon the games, specifically the DS ones, and using noise is a way of adding texture easily. also, why is shading needed when there is actual shading in the game with the light sources. either way, it's meant to look like an anime/Digimon World game, and all the colors come from the actual games or reference pictures of the Digimon.
Thank you for the feedback though.

Uh oh, Horses Donkeys and Mules incoming! In case no one has mentioned it, I thought I'd bring it up. I'm not being a critic for this anymore, though. I love it too much to critique it.

Yea, I'm going to use a fanmon(Shiremon/Gallopmon) that I made up recently for the horses and stuff, then use the Armor of Pegasusmon for Gold horse armor, not sure about the other 2 yet. The fanmon name was just a name for some horse pets of mine in Mabinogi.

Just because the game has shading, doesn't mean your textures look fine flat.
That aside, I really like the pack! I haven't touched anything Digimon in years, but I know that there are a lot of Digimon fans that will appreciate this.
Hi, I'm actually running a fairly popular series of digimobs and it's also using your texturepack, what I can suggest is use the EVO theme (japanese) from tamers to replace disc 11 since it's just the disturbing noises of a minecraft character running and stuff! if you'd like to check out my series: www.youtube.com/TypicLA

I actually left 11 un-replaced on purpose. I kind of like the creepy disc, thus why I kept the CD texture looking scratched and damaged.
Thank you for the link, I will check out the series.
I really love this resource pack, I feel dumb tho cuz i thought the tsukaimon were drimogemon lol and also did you make up digimon for the horses? why not make them pegasusmon or troiamon
Umm, when i try to install the resource pack, it won't show up in the in-game selection menu for the packs, am i doing something wrong? i put the .zip file into the resource pack folder, then nothing happens.
You might try extracting the folder into the resource packs folder, the resource pack is currently not built for direct from zip loading. I'll have it fixed for the 1.7 version

I never played Digimon, but it all still looks pretty good!
Thanks for the compliments, I put hard work into making the textures look right, one of the hardest parts is picking a Digimon to use for a mob.

I'll try, gotta see if 1.6 will start up for me though that way I can actually test it.
Last time i booted up 1.6 the game crashed.
Gallopmon and Shiremon horses will be made(I made these 2 up for the sake of having Digimon Horses, the armor will be Digieggs)
Note on next update, if you are very lucky, you will be able to get Pegasusmon.

Yes I did, white and black were left the same color, just their eyes got changed, the horses are Shiremon/Gallopmon.
