Really nice stuff Sheep! The obsidian has a little tiling error, in the upper and middle; there's an horizontal line between two chunks, and it looks a bit obvious.
I wasn't quite finished with the shading when I took that pic so it might be gone now, but would you mind circling it just in case? I'm terrible at noticing tiling errors....
Thanks guys, lovely pictures too, darf, they look fantastic!
Definitely gonna play with shaders again once they're updated for 1.7!
Sorry I haven't been posting pics or anything recently too guys, been busy with a pretty scary maths test. All done now though so I've started work once again. I've done a new ice and the packed ice texture, finished up the obsidian, made new iron bars, and also done a couple more of the new plants (some of the double tall ones, I did the rose and the.... purple one :P)
I'll take some pics of the new things once I finish the last of the tall plants methinks, or I'll just post them after the next time I'm on minecraft!
Thanks guys, I'll take some pics soon. Want to get more done though, still got the paenoia or whatever it's called, the double fern and then I'm done with the plants. I think the final thing to do after that is a red sand texture, then all of the new stuff is done!
Question with the red sand though, would you guys like it to be a nice red sand like in the middle of australia, a slightly more red version of the current sand that can tile with the current sand to make some nice alternation in desert builds, or would you like me to make the current sand more white (and change the sandstone a little while I'm at it too) and then have a reddish orange sand that will still tile with the current one?
I'm leaning towards the last one so we can have some sandy 'white' beaches (still not gonna be super white, just less orange than now).
But I think you should change gravel a slight bit lol it looks too similar to dirt
Yea, this is intentional so you can have some nice gravel paths that go well with grass on either side as well as a bit of dirt mixed in too and it all just blends together nicely.
Looks like I'm going to make a red sand that tiles and then lighten up the current sand stuff a little bit. Will get to it right after finishing the plants! Thanks for the feedback guys, much appreciated.
Oh, I forgot to mention that the map is almost complete too, I'm just messing around with foliage and thinking of adding another smaller island to it. I made a lighter version of the stone and a darker one specifically for world painting too so that will be in the next update as well.
I love this pack so much and it is always my default pack. I've spoiled myself with texture packs so much that it's hard to enjoy the game with the vanilla textures anymore. XD
So for all intents and purposes, this is my go-to pack. It is one of two or three 16-resolution packs that I enjoy just as much, if not more, than the higher-resolution packs. One of my favorite things about it, aside from the perfect style, is how you include support for Optifine features; I rarely see this in 16x texture packs, even though the features Optifine adds make the game so much more attractive to look at. So I thank you immensely for doing that.
I only have one question: are you planning to work on textures for mods? I'd love to see you do Biomes O' Plenty, Twilight Forest, or Thaumcraft (3 of my favorite mods).

Mods will be done, yes, but not until either I start using them constantly and want them to be purdy or I finish more of the vanilla textures. I only really have mobs to go now but once they're done I can really get stuck into mod support.
Absolutely love the pack but one question, any idea why Ender Pearls and Enderman Spawn Eggs can't be found in Creative Mode?
They are there except because of the language pack they've been renamed to 'voidwalker cores' for enderpearls, and 'voidwalker spawn gems' for the spawn eggs. Just searching for 'void' will bring up all of them.

I literally just cried when I loaded the snapshot. It breaks my favorite texture pack because iron bars and window panes are new dimensions. Excited to hear that flowers are coming though. Really excited!

That's why gravel looks nice.
Also yes, we would like to see the brighter version of the sand, please

Glad to see the progress so far!
