Is there some way we could get a link with only the changed images? I've modified a lot and don't want to miss any of the new ones :S
Erm I don't really have time to do that due to uni work, but what I changed were: the sun and moon (moon is moon_phases, don't need the other moon png), iron door (item and texture), iron bars, flowerpot (item and texture), item frame (texture and item), lava flowing and lava still, furnace top, all quartz blocks, stone (and stone CTM), cobble (normal, mossy and CTM), piston (sides and bottom), gold chestplate item, the 'fixesCTM' and 'growingCTM' folders in CTM (best if you copy the whole thing tbh, it got pretty messy in there with the new birch stuff) and birchcolor.png in the 'misc' folder.
Just got round to using your 1.5 update your Sheepness (now i'm updated) and i just love this so much it's soooo dreamy and tranquil.
My fav pixel pack..........tis just perfection..............now where i have heard that before
You are a clever conjurer of words, my friend. As for the lamb-like figure, very nice work once again, and I hope to see you continue upon a basis which is fairly regular.

Thank you, plenty of $$$, you're welcome to come to my thread shaped paddock for grazing anytime you please.
The ctm doesn't seem to work for me. Is it because I am using optifine?
Urm, I was under the impression that the CTM should still work fine for optifine, except for a few of the new features because it usually takes a while before the optifine guys implement everything.
Is it any part in particular that isn't working? Or is it the whole thing?
I haven't got anything for the gui just yet, but as soon as I do, this thread will be the first to know about it!
I will be working on it for a while this week though, I need to get a basic style and design down so I know roughly what to do for each particular menu. Should only take a few days after that to complete the whole lot!
Well, OP delivers... here's a very early sneak peek. Shading isn't done yet, neither the detailing but it is the basic shape and pretty much the colours too (I'm using stonebrick and cobble colours).
Not exactly sure how much detail I want to add to it just yet but I know I don't wanna just leave it a blank slate like it currently is. Will work on it more tomorrow!
EDIT: Click the pic to actually be able to see the gui!

Ok, here is what the gui looks like now. As you can see I've roughened it up a fiar bit. I really like the sort of worn down style it's getting though so I'm gonna be sticking with it. Now I can start copy and pasting the general design to all the other gui elements too. Then it will be just adding details like the cracks and missing slabs, etc. Gui will be completely done for the next update! (might actually just update when I fully finish anyway which will probably be during next week sometime, maybe sooner.
The UI looks nice sheep Been reading a lot of articles on pixel art and trying to learn, it's getting somewhere. The hardest part is choosing colours IMO, do you make a color palette or just choose randomly?

I think sheep said he got inspiration for colors from other texture packs.
GUI looks amazing!
I remember the red and gold GUI from Sheep pack days.

Yea, I don't use a palette. I lookat my other textures and try and use colours from them, or at least hue shifted colours from things that have a similar colour. This is just to make all the blocks work well together.
To pick my first colours I literally just found some colours I liked for whatever blocks I used and went from there!
All my stone blocks share some colours, including furnaces and dispensers and what-not. Stonebricks use the darkest tones of the stone and then some extra colours I hue shifted from it and quartz uses the lightest stone colours and extra colours hue shifted from it. Everything is linked!

Curse PremiumTo tell you the truth, I haven't actually tried my pack with shaders yet. You just changed that, going to DL them now.
Also, I'll have another pic of the gui up sometime soon. I've tweaked it a fair bit and I've started to add detail. Looks pretty awesome now!
