Just a little something I noted on the new sidegrass : The point where grass and dirt connect looks too abrupt, maybe put some shadows under the grass?
Except that, the pack is PERFECT

I actually use a darker shade under the mycelium block, so making the sidegrass have a darker shadow is a really easy fix. Thanks for the feedback!

Yeap, I was actually not happy with that world, I found the buildings and everything too boring so I've started on a new world. I'll still keep that one around though because I do think the little base I have there can give some pretty sweet screenies!

btw what was that cobblestone and snow building some distance away from your castle, it was unfinished.
How do you make such awesome showcase worlds? Then make such awesome packs to show with your awesome shoecase worlds? How can I make builds that good?!?

Oh and fish, that unfinished build was gonna be a tower that went up to at least 128 blocks height level but then I realised just how stupid that idea was for a survival world...

New grass, long grass and sneaky hopper in the middle (and selector bar). The long grass looks purty cool by itself but I need to mess with the shading some more and it's REALLY going to benefit from some nice CTM.
LOVE IT!! The new grass is so nice, would be nice to see new sand, the current one looks a bit strange.

Also Muscar, what exactly is it about the sand that you don't like? Because I'm quite fond of it atm but I'm willing to make it a bit smoother if that's the issue (or make some shape changes, nothing major though).

the waves feel wrong in my opinion, maybe have CTM with some that has a little bit more waves? Don't like the big detail, in large areas it looks strange.
I might just tone them down myself, but just though I'd give the feedback anyways.
Also I think the emerald block is a bit hard to see, I found that I had missed a lot of not clearly visible emerald ores when I changed texture pack.

Hi. Is there a chance to get a version for the new texture pack format (1.5)? Pretty please .
I have a version with the 1.5 texture format ready, but I'm not going to release it for the snapshots this time. 1.5 is a week or something away so I'm just going to wait until then. I've made a bunch of changes like adding some of the gui elements, some more mobs, all the 1.5 textures, more colour changes, some armour and some new particle effects so it's definitely gonna be a meaty update.
I've also started the gold armour and the cats so they will also be done when 1.5 is out. Pretty sure that will mean all overworld mobs are done too, just the nether mobs left.
Here's a little sneak peek at my daylight sensor and quartz pillars while I'm posting though, hopefully you like them and it gives you an idea for what the other quartz blocks will look like!

This looks incredible. The bricks are so detailed and well shaded, you'd swear they are 32x. This pack is pure pixely goodness.
