I agree about the vines too although I won't be adding any until MCPatcher is up to date with the new format so I don't have to redo all my properties files and possible ctm image files too! I do have one alternate ready for when it's all fixed though, just waiting to implement it now.

It's all just testing stuff, I will probably do the gui after the zombie or after armour (which will be after the zombie) because I actually have ideas for it now!

Well, it's funny you should mention that... I've done the iron armour and zombie is on the way! I might do the rest of the armours before I update but that might be a while so I could also just do it when I finish the zombie...

Oh and btw, it's not actually a jewel, it's supposed to be a red crest, sort of like the ones that roman centurions had on their helmets. I changed the texture of it a little to make that more obvious but I can't be bothered taking and uploading new pics of it so you guys will just have to wait till the update is out to see it for yourselves!
Also, I will be changing the cobble to something similar to this one:
Just needs a few tweaks and it will be good to go!
Next up are pics of the zombie and of the finalized cobble, new gravel and a couple of new planks.
Shablamo, finished zombie and a cute little bat! I will animate the new water and lava as soon as I have made textures that I'll use in the flowing animations. The gravel stones still need some colour tweaking but I'm pretty happy with it so far, same with the planks. (they are birch planks btw)
Oh and for anywone wondering why I'm redoing my water and lava anims when I already have some decent ones, I feel the new water and lava textures fit the pack better than the old and also I may as well make new anims to fit the way mojang has them implemented in the new snapshots for 1.5.
Although I've always had a sweet spot for the grass in your fantasy varient of the sheep pack; it was sexy!
Yea, I kinda miss that style of grass too... It does look pretty nice...
Maybe I'll have to do some.... experimentation....
I don't really want to replace the grass though, just because the current one can use ctm so easily. Having grass with a pattern like that would be horribly difficult to add ctm support to. Like I said though, I'll do some experimentation, if I can think of an idea for a few ctm variants then I might just have a new grass for next update!
I will post pics if I make something I'm happy with though, ctm or not.
