It's pretty bad. You should work on your color choices and try making your textures in a way that people can guess what they represent. I have no idea what lines of bright colors are supposed to be.
Oh dear... this post is everything that people write down as an example of a stupid pack/thread, yet it's actually serious.
Okay, words of advice:
1. Format your title properly. See how all the packs are have the title "[resolution] PACK NAME [Minecraft Version] (Other stuff)"? Yeah, do that.
2. Don't write "crazy random lolz". Ever. No one wants to download a pack that has this for a description. 3. [insertlicencehere] means insert your copyright licence there. [insertlicencehere] is not a licence. 4. That pack itself is awful. Look at some texturing tutorials around here on the forums, and instead of random neon colours try making defined shapes with shading and detail. Trust me, it'll take you far.
One more word of advice: never use neon colours in a texture pack. NEVER.
