SHARDS OF SHATTERED MEMORIES This pack intends to bring back the feel and spirit of classic Minecraft. It does this by taking into account that so much has changed in the game since 2010, and compensating for it using CTM and texture replacement and Custom Colours. In my own opinion, this is the most complete and feature-filled nostalgia pack out there. Take a look for yourself:
Classic-style chests, old three-textured ore blocks, one texture on top, one for the sides, and one for the bottom. All done with CTM. End Stone has been redone to match the old cobble, bricks have been reverted to their older version, grass is that sweet classic green, as has been done with tall grass, furnaces have a stone top, as do dispensers, and cobweb has its old blank white texture. Swamps aren't horrible and depressing! Pigs have no snouts! Such green forests! Torchlight is pure white! Awesome! Woo, classic logo! Not animated yet, but it'll come.
I love the feel, personally, i would make all the textures separate, and have separate .pngs for every phrase of every block. Not sure if there are many more, but make some of the features in your pack disable-able. Although i enjoy the older chests and the bricks in an odd way.
