Well, I just made an shocking discovery! HiTeen I respect you, and I don't hate you, but the world needs to know. This is how HiTeen made his textures:
@mcnultyb3 Look closely at the two texures. HiTeeN said that it took him half a year to make his recourse pack. I am nearly done with the items, and I'm more than halfway done with the blocks on my faithful pack (I'm calling it Default 64x64), and It took me about 2 months.

Sure it looks similar, but that doesn't mean that is for sure the method he used. In case you didn't realize, he could have made those textures from scratch then used the dents effect. Either way, it's a resource pack based off a resource pack based off the default pack, any competent person would know that a resource pack designed as such is going to look similar to both default and the resource pack based off default.

I don't care what anyone says about your texture pack, I love it! I always use it when I play minecraft

Doesn't show up on the list
I am using Minecraft 1.8Shadersmod/optifine
This is amazing! my favorite resourcepack! I like it better than the original!
