I have taked a look on planet minecraft to discover why he's not posting any updates, but the 3d was a shot. No one told me this, was a guessing .
EDIT: I have read this comment of Grog on planet minecraft that possibly proves my guessing:"Ah that's all done in photoshop starting off with the 2D texture. I copy and paste the texture 3 times for all the visable sides. Then I stretch and position them all so I have block. Then I do a quick lighting and shadow pass over it so that it doesn't look flat and sad."

This is how he makes his texture showcase blocks. They aren't actual 3d textures. He's refering to the blocks in the description.
I sure hope this texture pack continues, I know it's been a while since the last update but it's my favorite pack and I still use it. Come back to us creator!
I found this old pack again on accident while cleaning out my texture pack folder, I'd totally forgot how good it was. Hell, i probably appreciate it more now, honestly.
sure hope this gets some sort of continuation sometime, may it be official or unofficial.
Like many previous post say, I really like this resource pack and I hope it gets continued in the future. I would be willing to donate if the original author picks it back up.
