A Soft, Warm, Vibrant Texture Pack. It's my attempt of visually capturing the emotions I associate with minecraft.
This is very much a WIP project with small weekly releases at the end of each weekend. The current version isWIP 31 for Minecraft v1.8 as of 24/8/2015. These are experimental add-ons to 'A Brush More Colour'. To install simply download to your resource pack folder and select it in-game along with, but above the 'A Brush More Colour' resource pack.
Flattens some of the textures for a more cartoonish look. (WIP and experimental)

The only restrictions I have is do not take my textures and upload them elsewhere. If you want to make use of the pack in an adventure map do not package it in with the map but instead link to any of the texture packs original download links such as here.
Feel free to use this texture pack as you wish in lets plays and screenshots etc. You obviously may also edit the pack for personal use, just keep it off the interwebs.
I've added in a screenshot from one of those texture showcase maps, hopefully that'll help show the content of the pack. Unfortunately it also shows all the textures that still need to be done let alone the refinement many of the existing textures need. I'm mainly looking at you, ores.

I have to critique this. Later. After I toy with it for a while. And wake up more.
Though, off the bat, I can't help but feel that the doorframe color is going to look good with regular wooden planks.
And I'm not entirely sure how I feel about blue stone.
And Netherbrick is very not bricky.
And jungle planks remind me a lot about Johnsmith.
I sneezed 8 times while writing that out.

This looks... pretty enough, let's take a closer look...
Daamn, the screenshots don't do it any justice!
-Sprites (However there's this odd stray dark pixel at a certain angle on the blue mushroom)
-Nature blocks in general (Especially birches)
-A great many deal of blocks have tilling issues, please fix that
-The nether bricks are under-detailed, and would be better suited for netherrack (too rough!)
-I feel that the blue stone, while very original, clashes against the other blocks too much to use in buildings. The same applies for cobblestone, which is impossible to use in construction without making it an eye sore now. Keep the tint, but desaturate it so that it doesn't stand out so much.
-Sandstone is just ugly. Looks more like petrified foam
-Wool has those bright pixels that are waaay too saturated compared to the rest of the block. Tone it down a little
-The off-center log top is messing my OCD really bad
-I think the wooden door would be more functional with a window, but that's your choice.
Yes! Loving the feedback. I'll see if I can't get the tiling issues fixed for next release and I'll remove some of those textures that really shouldn't have been left in the pack, ie sandstone-side and chest (not sure if I left that one in or not). Also don't look directly at the jungle textures. You're bang on right about the cobble balduran, which pains me because its the texture I've spent most of my time scrapping and starting over. So I'm not looking forward to going back to it. I think I must've gone through 15 or so different versions for that one.
I'm a real fan of the blue smooth stone found in caves (I've personally never used smooth stone in constructions before). I really wanted a contrast with really warm tones above ground and really cool, cold tones below ground. I always liked the transition when exiting one of these caves with blue skys and vibrant tree tops peeking through at the end of the cold tunnel. Unfortunately the blue tone has to then logically carry over to the cobblestone which has always been a pain. I'm going to revert the texture back to one of my previous ones and polish it up a litte. It's a little more desaturated and hopefully looks like it has a better place in constructions.

Haha nice screenshot Anthony. Was hoping it would like something like that with the shaders. Haven't had a chance to try it out myself. As much as I'm tempted to ask if I can use those shots in the OP I've already told myself that I didn't want the shaders mod to be a factor in peoples opinion making when they first view the pack.
just played with this pack on... and its beautiful.... everything looks EPIC! but... the ores don't tile with the stone that well! to go through some things I wuv, the stone... looks so god damn awesome and its blue! it so much better than the dreary gray stone I see a lot... the dirt, jesus christ so damn diggity awesome! the mushrooms so awesome... the wooden planks, wow... slabs... so freaking EPIC, stone bricks are just WIN! jesus christ this is the most positive I've been about a new texture pack...
OMG, OneWingedPie, the person that says something wrong on every texturepack, SAID THAT THIS ONE HAD NO MISTAKES! Well, that's a first.
Grass no longer looks like soup! Most of it's tiling issues should be fixed too now. I've never realised how obnoxious tiling issues were until you guys started calling me on them. Some still persist which I'll see if I can't clean up and it's only grass so far. I think I'll do tree leaves next. I also want to try and add some more depth in the leaves. Try and make some leaf clusters darker as thou they were further at the back. This should also help separate the grass tone from the tree tone a little more. And I'm trying something new for cobble. Still needs work but already it's less jarring in constructions.
