so im assuming that im not the only one that absolutely LOATHED the texture for emerald ore. I made the emerald look like a regular ore (i mean like coal, diamond, gold...) but with green specks. Now, i couldnt make a texture pack for a few reasons but i can put it to any pack that you would like me to. just send me the terrain.png. [DEAD LINK]
INSTALLATION: just replace the terrain.png
thanks
EDIT:
okay so somebody told me that i should fix lapis lazuli, which i thought about and just didnt do it. well, i got around to it and here it is: http://www.mediafire...gcq1286j8fwoou7
I'm afraid I don't quite understand. If anything, I would like more variation between ores.
And why couldn't you make it a texture pack? It's not that hard. In fact, it's very easy. just put the terrain.png into a zip file, and put it in the texture packs folder.

... I tried that. and the point of this was to make the ores have the same layout. please dont hate
oh, and it wouldnt let me.. i tried and it just didnt work. i now know why it didnt work but im not gonna go back and do that until i have more material.
Uh... The reason emerald ore has a new texture is to provide a BETTER and more UNIQUE experience. By doing this you are making each texture a simple recolour. Don't take this personally though; I just like original textures.
