I call it a trap pack because I have made some trap friendly changes. Such as invisible tripwires! wooden doors that blend in with wood planks, etc etc. Check the screenshots for more.
ABOUT:
This is my take on the default texture pack. I really enjoy the default textures of Minecraft, but wanted to make my own changes to make it fit my preferences more. So I decided to make this and try to keep the original feel of Minecraft we have come to love, while still making my own changes.
Note: Some things are unchanged from the original and this is intentional.

Installation:
Just put the zip in your texture pack folder and your good to go.
but balduran has made a very good point, all you did was recolour things, it's not exactly great is it, also she isn't trolling nor can she say anything constructive, why? Well because you haven't do e anything to criticise seriously you recoloured an ore block? WOOD DI FRICKEN DOOP! Why don't you actually change something because at the moment it's looking terrible
You are not even checking it out read the whole first post where it describes the pack then also check the gui and the block breaking animation as well as the equipped diamond and leather armor also READ the first post. It clearly states it is mostly a recolor so coming on and being rude stating that its a recolor and that a recolor = terrible isn't feedback or being correct.
Youck. Diamond isn't blue! Come on, slap your face and fix it. Diamond is cyan, not blue, and blue looks HORRIBLE.
I personally like the diamonds being blue. It is fine if you dont like it but do learn to be more respectful about it. I have no reason to "fix" something when it is not broke. Also the whole point of a texture pack is to change it up.
You can't give much feedback on to it because most of it isn't your work and some of the other stuff isn't even classified as work! And don't tell me my opinion is wrong as you have no right to say if my opinion is right or wrong
If I changed it it is work no matter what you think and i didnt say your opinion was wrong i said you were wrong in thinking it was feedback when it was just you trashing it. You don't like it thats fine but either provide some constructive feedback or move along.
So I looked at the diamond armour... The little stripe isn't very good...

! Fine let's have a go, the recolours aren't very good I think you can make them better by making your own stuff instead recolouring someone else's... That good enough for ya! Can't give constructive feed back for default recolours mainly because you don't own most of the contents inside, I would find it easier to give constructive feedback if everything was your own original work

As far as its not my work thats like a plugin author being told its not his work because hes only modifying a game by mojang not writing the game himeself, but your on the right track.

As for your notion of constructive criticism - One cannot give suggestions to default edits simply because of their nature. Any possible suggestion would be directed at how the base textures look, and not the meaningless cosmetic changes that someone did. Not to mention, you could just shrug off any opinion you disagree with by saying that "i wanted it that way" or "that is how default looks like".
What is more, you changed but a handful of textures, so if anything, this should be a WIP and as such, it's in the wrong section.
As a final remark - Packs like these get posted on an almost hourly basis, and all of them are just as uninspired.
That is all.

if you feel cosmetic changes are meaningless why are you posting in a texture forum where the whole basis is cosmetic change?

While I don't like the diamond's color either, or the new gui, I think that if I were to speak my opinion, you would say "that's how I wanted it" or "don't flame and troll." I don't like you for doing that, and I wasn't going to download this pack anyway, but if you're going to defend your pack, make sure there's something other than horrible recolors to defend.

AS I have stated before if you read my posts you are entitled to your own opinion and even if you hate my work thats fine, just post properly and constructively.
