Gives me an idea - I remember seeing an anvil that had been made part sculpture - It had a stylized face carved into it. Very gothic.
Not sure how exactly the anvil texture works - I saw pics on the Doku threads of it, seems like you can only really work detail on the side?
And now I got my ball rolling - Zombie pigmen could work as Minotaurs of some kind. Then again, lightning+pig=pigmen. Frankenstein plugs, tesla coils might work. Wither skellies look like they ought to be fire scorched, some fibrous mass holding them together. Could base Nether Wart off said mass to connect stuff. Blazes seem like they ought to be an abstract form of some kind - The spinning bits around the core seem to be the point, not a skull on fire. Maybe they could be some kind of construct, the center block some kind of control mechanism.
Ghasts seem like they ought to be very ghostly. Maybe use transparencies and a gradient to make their tentacles peter out into whisps?
Looks phenomanal. Too bad I loathe using incomplete texture packs. I'll be using it as soon as it's completed.

A Newcomer to commentating. Mine aren't top notch yet, but I think I do a pretty good jeb. Sometimes my vides are jonk and a carn fest. My name isn't Kris or Marc IRL, it's Top Secret. I had a few YT accounts b4, but they were junk. That is all.
Oh my gosh people!!! How hard is it to download mcpatcher or optifine!!??
You do realize Minecraft gets more and more noobs everyday, right?
There are also people who never bothered with texture packs and are just now starting to get into it. So, it's not hard to do, if you know what to do.

Excuse me, but, I just need to point out one thing to you: You were new to this game and the concept of texture packs once, too. Keep the level of your ensuing rage to a minimum, please, and when someone asks why there's a problem with their dirt or brick or water, calmly redirect them to the correct solution rather than exploding at them and contributing to the unhelpful air of Minecrafters.
Sorry, but I just needed to get that point across. I'm not having the most smashing day.

Bro, calm your tits.
Like said before, we were all new to MC once. And not everyone knows as much about computers or the internet, so you are gonna have people who have no idea what they are doing.
Feathers, dos diamond tools...
They look so fluid... and amazing!
I do have one problem, though. Each set of tools has one specific detail that goes the same through them all, except for one of each set.
Stone: The attaching piece of wood, that holds the stone in place, goes above the stone on all but the pick.
Iron: Small detail on all but the pick.
Diamond: Small cut of diamond on all but hoe.
Visual Representation:
The tools got cut up because I wasn't quite in the mood to do this anyways.
Ah, very keen eye you have there. Yes, one of each set is missing the distinguishing detail. But the stone pick is the only one I could really add it to without ruining the design. For the diamond hoe in particular there was no good way to work in the diamond inset due to the difference in angles between the handle and the small diamond.

I like the wispy ghast tentacle idea. I'll have to test that out. Not sure about the wither skeleton suggestion, though. I'm not big on gorey things, which is why my zombies tend to be pretty tame in the gross-out department.
Not gore - I'm terrible at being spontaneously eloquent. Think like matted old hair or tangled cobwebs, as opposed to muscle fiber.
Hmmm, idea - Emeralds could be coins or some other form of money, seeing how they're used for trade. End stone is always made out to be somewhat lunar. Instead of "Craters", could make the depressions footsteps.
Those are beautiful, like everything in this pack! But the mossy cobblestone wall on the left hand side doesn't match up with the normal cobblestone walls. The moss gets cut off. Anything you could do about that?

I might be able to do some sort of really complicated ctm to make mossy cobbles connect to non-mossy cobbles, but I just don't care enough to put in that level of effort.
Also, I'm still not happy with the design/color of the mossy cobble, so it will probably end up changed anyway.

That video should be redirected to your absolute crap attitude.
As the person above me said, "You were a noob to Minecraft, and to texture packs at one point". You're a bold-faced liar if you say otherwise.
Congrats on the new computer~! It's always nice to get new technology (especially when you are someone like me and love technology).

Yes it is always nice to get new technology

Curse PremiumSo? I've been a 'noob' once too but I still patched my game. Being unexperienced in no excuse for not reading the stickies.

Retired StaffEDIT: Turned down the brightness a bit.
Amazing! Would you mind taking a quick sreenshot of the jungle wood I would like to see what's it's like in game.

I don't have any jungle worlds atm. I just grew a jungle tree.
